Based on my observations, Cuong definitely knows what his is doing. Cuong's quoted price was fair, he is very knowledgeable, very experienced, and very fast. ABSOLUTE TRUSTWORTHY LEGENDS!…read more Being a good son I have been fixing up my Moms prized possession her favorite car. She would not take another car even if I offered her a Rolls Royce. So anyway the transmission was acting up (starting from 3rd gear instead of 1st) and I was short on time, which made me make a crucial mistake by taking the car to a nearby shop instead of B & J. Those little jerks at the other shop lied to me and tried to tell me I had to get a new transmission. They said they checked every milk and cranny and that it was 100% my tranny. The only thing is my Moms car shifts as smooth as an angels walking through the gates of heaven. Right away I called B & J (Who was originally my first choice, they were just further away so I didn't have time to pop over there) and B & J said that sounds like the solenoid, which the other shady shop said it is impossible for it to ever be. they said the Elvis would be brought back from the dead, before it was ever the solenoid that was making the transmission start from the wrong gear. Then the other shady shop said we checked your solenoids and they are clean and perfect like they were never used before. You could tell the guy was lying from his mannerisms, long pauses, shaky fingers and side to side eyes. Anyway I snagged my Moms car back and jammed to B&J and what's funny is when I walked in I told another guy who I didn't communicate with yet asked what the problem was and he's like "yeah, man that sounds like a solenoid" so yeah B & J replaced the Solenoid and the car runs like a reborn race car.

If you need a person to treat you fairly, like family and take top notch care of your car, this is the place. I cannot wait to see what wonders he will be working with my Olds. Thank you, Aldo! Read on to see about my Scout II experience: I had used Aldo before for my 76 Scout II. He had rebuilt my Transmission , Transfer Case and Differentials. That was 20 years ago... The workmanship was excellent and the price was more than fair. Here we are now 20 years later and many many miles driven. The drivetrain was still working, but tired. Seals, bearings etc worn. Not bad for all the years driven. I called Aldo, and he took me in. He completely went through my transmission, transfer case, rear differential, and checked the front differential (It was still in perfect condition !!). I just got it back, and it drives better than ever !! He recommended an upgrade to the rear differential that would help performance and reliability. He was spot on !! I absolutely love it !!. Thank you Aldo and crew for all of your hard work. I have had my Scout since 1983, and I know with people like him, I will be able to keep it for many more good years to come. I highly recommend them. They go above and beyond, and their workmanship is superb !!!

Alberto was responsive and had a team out in a day. Work was completed and payment requested. It ended up being more work than he anticipated and we agreed upon a higher rate. It was fair and I paid. Both he and his team made comments about a one year warranty on anything they touched. 5 star rating at this point. After a couple days, there was something off. Upon inspection, his team set the second shock at a different height than the first. I messaged him a couple times including pictures. He finally answered when I called. We set up a time for his guys to fix it. They didn't show the first day and after calls and messages, he answered and set up for the next day. They came out and fixed it but noticed that this caused a bolt to bend. They ordered new ones and installed the following day. 4 star rating at this point. 2 days of driving and a new talking sound is happening. Many calls and messages and no response or answer. It turned out his team did not install the bushings on one of the shocks and left the sway bar loose. Should be no stars. His team that arrived was nice enough and clean. I'm guessing they should have had a senior mechanic overseeing them due to the errors. As for his stated "warranty", it seems to be one of convenience and sounds good but it holds no water. Alberto isn't an honest business person and does not stand by his word.

Hello everyone! In couple words: i am lucky that i got to…read morethis repair shop, and very thankful for honest attitude!!! Thank you so much! I was sent here to repair transmission (the reason why i started finding answers was noise while driving and breaking), but instead, diagnostic showed that transmission is ok, and they said me "we don't repair things whish are not broken". And then i returned to the place (it was Akin Autorepair) which sent me to Dale Transmission, and here began conflict: they started scare me that my transmission is bad and axle can come out while driving(what was not true, i asked in official dealer), and complain that Dale transmission is not competent(what was pretty boldly and not polite from their side), and tried to send me to another transmission autorepair (by the way it would cost me at least 3000 dollars). I had not choice and went to official dealer, full diagnostic, which costed a lot. But they said "last word" - transmission is ok, and the reason of noise is bad front right hub, which need to replace. After that i came back to Dale Transmission and they changed my front hub, like exception, because they repair transmission only.
