Great service Fair prices and good quality…read more Also very flexible on time so I was able to get it done soon

The execution of the work which is done by the workers is where everything falls short, especially something I paid a couple thousand for. I made specific requests before the job and made requests that were directly tied to the primary repair for good reason, Jorge accepted and I felt assured at the time. But in the end, to my own inspection they were found to be ignored, costing me more time and money to go back in to fix. The shop's decisions led to issues that were entirely avoidable. A part that could've been easily addressed while already disassembled was instead left broken as it was and installed. The assembly also came back loaded with unnecessary RTV and Locktight, as well as some screws being loose or with stripped heads. The craftsmanship is difficult to look past. I was assured the replaced assembly was in good condition and that they would do their due diligence to make sure things would be working right. Initially it seemed fine, but what I found underneath was unfinished work, which led to my discovery of also disconnected components that were also broken by them that I know were not broken beforehand because they were new and made no weird sounds and will now prematurely wear (it also made concerning sounds when I just got the car back initially which is why it caught my attention), also meaning safety concerns due to the lack of detail. Things I specifically asked to be handled were left untouched and unreplaced. I now will have to live worrying about what will break next because of this, what is currently broken that will leave me without my car working, how my car will be affected by all of this and when I'll need to fix everything all over again because with the way things are going it seems like that's where things are headed already, and what actually got fixed or what condition each part is in. On top of that, my car came back with exterior damage deep in the paint that wasn't there at drop-off that looked like it was done while moving the car around the shop. When I raised this to attention, no accountability was taken. They said they weren't sure who caused it and so they wouldn't take any responsibility for the damages. They were apathetic didn't offer to try to help or figure out how they could help, which wasn't very welcoming or reassuring. I now look at my car, and I feel pain and worry from seeing how things are now. Post-primary job, wanting to give them another shot, I had an engine code come up and they didn't diagnose the actual problem, they replaced a new part which still threw the same code and they did not solve the problem. They're affordable and Jorge is knowledgeable. But quality control and follow-through from the workers, and his quality control at handoff is a serious problem that should be addressed. I wanted this to be my go-to shop but this wasn't right, and I cannot recommend someone to come here when things are like this leaving me with a huge burden affecting so much, with a car that now needs more time, money, and effort put into it even after going with all the shop's recommended services and initial reassurance paying in the couple thousand because I mistakenly trusted them.

Bloom Auto Collision & Repair - Had my 60k service started at the blink of an eye!

I needed to replace my struts because they were worn out, and I got quotes from several auto repair…read moreshops ranging from $1,785 to over $2,800. I honestly didn't know what to do at that point. Then I found Bloom Auto, and I'm really glad I did. They gave me a much more reasonable price, explained everything clearly, and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The service was smooth, and I felt like they were honest and trustworthy throughout the whole process. My car is running great now, and I'm very satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for fair pricing and reliable service.

Very Prompt response to my inquiry for cost estimate on spark plugs and AT fluid drain/ refill…read more Estimate was by far the most reasonable of the multiple estimates I requested from various auto repair places. They were rather crowded and it was a bit hectic at both drop off and pickup- I expected to speak with the mechanic about the services done and get their thoughts on a specific issue but at pickup the owner was busy in another service bay and I paid , was handed my keys and told the receipt would be texted . I was frustrated because I didn't have any answers to my questions, and I had to ask for a second receipt that showed services done , but even that one was really vague and lacking needed information. I chose Bloom because they offered the best price estimate and they have so many 5 star reviews; I'm happy with the pricing and the folks at Bloom were nice enough but the communication , both verbal and written, have been disappointing. I know the shop is busy but I'm left with more questions than answers about my SUV. The work they did is not anything I can see to verify so without being given a service report details about what was done, it's hard to feel good about the quality of their work. I just really don't know. Update: Just drove my suv to the store, first time I've driven it except for the drive home from Bloom. I thought I felt a mild vibration driving home but driving just now the vibration is pretty obvious , feels like the whole vehicle is vibrating. This is a completely new issue. It's Sunday so can't reach Bloom Auto til tmo. Afraid to drive it now. This is beyond frustrating. I want to subtract a star but will wait to see what response I get from Bloom Auto. Update 2: My questions still not answered as to findings from my visit , but they did offer to have me bring my vehicle back and go for a drive with a mechanic. Not sure how much that will help but at least they made the offer.

They seem…read morefairly new but they provide great service and I believe an introductory offer for a full diagnosis of your vehicle when you take it in. The process was pretty quick and the shop was very responsive and even though I did not elect to get additional work done, (I can do a lot of the regular maintenance stuff myself, really just wanted the diagnostic) I appreciated the constant updates on the work getting done, making it a very "stress-free" experience. Overall worth a visit as a first time customer and I'll be back for regular oil changes.

I have to say I have mixed experiences with my brake pad/rotor services... I went back to the shop 3 times over the course of ~9 months, each time discovering some issues and replacing the pad/disk (this is where i felt good about the shop, everyone welcomed me back and did the diagnose and replacement for free). I end up relacing the two front pad/disk with another brand (zimmerman? that's what i heard) and resolved all issues. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I have to leave my honest and true experience which exhausts me over the last year (imagine every time you back out of your garage and hearing this "click" sound from your brake system, with a baby in a car. You natually worries about your safety).
