The interaction was pleasant and quick--he was very straightforward and communicative. Paulie came through and trimmed the branch for us, promising to come back in the morning to remove the fallen branches. I thought the process would take longer, but from the initial quote to the job being complete, it only took about two hours, and the service was affordable! Two weeks later, they called to push the service back. Then, before they could come, a hurricane hit in Florida so all of their staff went down to Florida. When they returned, I was put on the schedule for the end of October. The end of October came and went without a word. Eventually, they stopped picking up my phone calls (literally just wouldn't answer), and I know this because my wife was able to get through with a different phone number. They eventually stopped picking up her number as well. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. I haven't dealt with customer service (if you can call it that) this poor in quite some time.
