That day came and the moment we had our date and venue I reached out to book with Jonathan for our special day on 10/19/2018. Our magical day has come and gone and we can't say enough good things about Dappy Hays! From the regular communication, customizing of our logo with two different photos from our trip to Venice a year prior, selecting props that reflected our individual tastes and personalities...Jonathan was incredibly responsive and collaborative every step of the way! We only had to make sure there was enough space at our reception venue and a chair and Dappy Hays provided everything else!!! Our wedding guests were continuously commenting on how much fun the team was, they would then tell us "we can't wait for you to watch our video message! That was so unique and fun!" Even a couple individuals asking for their contact information for future events! At the end of our night, Jonathan presented us with our memory album of photo-strips with notes from guests, as well as our USB drive of all the photos and videos, along with big hugs of well wishes for each of us! Flipping through that completed album together and seeing and reading so much love from our family and friends before turning in for the night was the greatest end to our perfect day! Booking with Dappy Hays ANY time a photo booth is needed is a no-brainer! Thank you to Jonathan and the entire Dappy Hays team for helping make our day so magical!

Her guests LOVED it, and now my daughter has some really great photos of people who were at the wedding. Dappy Hays' staff came dressed professionally (no jeans or T shirts), were there on time and tore down without disturbing the vibe of the wedding -- I don't think I even noticed they were packing up. Their selection of props was great -- it brought out a side of my son that I'd never seen, and that's a great thing, because he's normally very quiet and shy, and boy, did he let loose! I laugh every time I se those pictures. :-) All in all, we were really happy to have gotten the photo booth, and I'd hire Dappy Hays again if I needed them.

However, the day before the event, he claims to have a medical emergency and sends a text saying he cannot attend. Why medical emergencies can occur a refund should be issued immediately. Instead, he forces his client to take legal action to recover their money, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse he uses multiple names and addresses making it difficult to track him down another clear red flag. He continues to book events and boast about them, but the real question is how many events does he actually fulfill? If your looking for a DJ (or in his case a SCAMMER) who books your event, cancels via text night before, refuses to refund your deposit, and forces you to track him down and pursuit legal action to recover your money then this is the scammer for you! PS. It wouldn't allow me to submit the review without selecting a star so I had to give one star just to post this. Rating of 1 star given by default. Rating should be zero stars!

I booked a booth, transferred the money, and they stopped responding to me. They have a professional-looking site and someone will text you to help book, then you'll be ghosted. I tried to look up the owner of the company whose name and photo are in the email signature - the name and photo had been stolen from a random account on Facebook. I messaged the real guy, showed him the email, and he confirmed that he is not affiliated with the company and did not give them permission to use his photo. Hope this helps. She is a blast to work with and makes the whole photo booth experience so fun. TapSnap is a freestanding touchscreen photo booth (frankly, looks like a supersized desktop computer). Anne sets up the green screen and from there she can change the background to look like you're under the Eiffel Tower or on a beach in Hawaii. She can even customize the background for your event! Not to mention you can add text and fun visuals digitally. Customers immediately get their photo emailed to them with easy options to share on social media. She can also print the pictures out on the spot. I think the best part is the customization. We used TapSnap for a Yelp partnership at the Stutz Open House, and the Yelp logo was on every photo and the email with pictures had a link to yelp.com and used our hashtag for the night. Great, simple way to integrate branding! TapSnap would be ideal for for corporate events, galas, parties, proms, festivals, etc. but the possibilities are really endless! I admit, I'm not the most techy of individuals and I needed some schooling on how this contraption worked. Anne explained the process fully and by the end of the night I may have stepped in and taken a photo or two just for funsies. Customization, customization, customization! The customization is endless. Anne brought fun props however with all the included features you wouldn't even need props. Anne did a great job directing the capture and helping guests choose the features they wanted to personalize. The photo is set to a green screen so guests could choose their backgrounds, add in various elements like celebrities, animals, hats, etc. If they wanted to appear to be holding a tropical drink on the beach while wearing a Hawaiian lei and a snorkel mask...no problem TapSnap could make it happen! Best part of the experience, attendees didn't have to wait to receive their individual photos. The pictures were instantly emailed to them and they could even share them on social media. I would highly recommend Anne with TapSnap 1184 for any type of fun event! 5 Stars for a great experience and excellent friendly professional service from Anne!
