The woman on the phone was awesome. She said they did rent them out and that she'd check if they were available and send an invoice my way that day if they were, or call me if they weren't. Her communication was great and the process was super simple. I got a quote a few hours later and thought that they were reasonably priced considering they also do drop-off and pick-up (which went smoothly and was on time too). Thank you for saving the party! We rented a tent and several tables and chairs for a graduation open house. Delivery was fine,…read moreexcept that the tables are all cobbled together, and the tent was patched in several places. The problem came when they came to pick up the equipment. The crew did not check with me before entering my fenced in back yard. And despite my going out and telling them to use the side gate to our fence, which is wider to accommodate the tent, they continued to use the front gate, which was in the process of being repaired. When I went out to tell them again, the person who said he was in charge told me he couldn't understand me, and from his appearance I'm guessing English is not his first language, but it seemed more derogatory than just that because he seemed to speak English just fine in his response to me. Because of their negligence, now I have a further damaged gate, that could've been avoided if, instead of just going into my backyard without permission, they had just checked with me first. So, given the low quality of Equiptment, the crew, and the damage, I cannot recommend Party Time Rental.

From the regular communication, customizing of our logo with two different photos from our trip to Venice a year prior, selecting props that reflected our individual tastes and personalities...Jonathan was incredibly responsive and collaborative every step of the way! Dappy Hays set up a photo booth for my daughter's wedding. I worried that maybe a photo booth…read morewould be intrusive, or maybe kind of tacky, but no! Her guests LOVED it, and now my daughter has some really great photos of people who were at the wedding. Dappy Hays' staff came dressed professionally (no jeans or T shirts), were there on time and tore down without disturbing the vibe of the wedding -- I don't think I even noticed they were packing up. Their selection of props was great -- it brought out a side of my son that I'd never seen, and that's a great thing, because he's normally very quiet and shy, and boy, did he let loose! I laugh every time I se those pictures. :-) All in all, we were really happy to have gotten the photo booth, and I'd hire Dappy Hays again if I needed them.
