So severe that I couldn't even wear eyeglasses to read without triggering terrible nasal pain and headaches. making it impossible to read. I previously had a highly unsuccessful surgery at a major pain clinic (Stanford). That procedure was done with no sedation, was torture-like, and ultimately failed to reach the nerve. In addition, it left me with years of forehead numbness and extra pain. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Polsunas. He quickly identified the root cause (the responsible nerve), treated it with Botox, and solved the problem. For the first time in years, I can finally enjoy reading again! In addition to being highly knowledgeable and intelligent, Dr. Polsunas is friendly, communicative, and truly a wonderful human being!

Anthem/Blue Cross deemed that my patient responsibility was only .63 cents, so the insurance company sent a payment to Allied in the amount of $3,793.67 in December 2024 and now Allied's patient services/billing department refuses to refund my credit card for this amount. Not only did Allied keep my money, but they are also pocketing money from Anthem, which has been deemed fraudulent by Anthem and they are now engaging in an investigation into Allied. Save yourself the emotional turmoil and run arounds, and just go elsewhere. Hard lesson learned on my part. EDIT: Anthem/Blue Cross' Grievances Department just mailed the attached letter on January 10, 2025 stating that I am due a refund of $3,793.67 and my financial responsibility is $.63 cents. The continued denial by Allied that "no monies" are owed to me is baffling. This company will indeed engage in fraudulent activity.

BEST PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR EVER! I thought he retired but I…read more might be wrong. If he is back I am going back to him in 2 seconds split!! If you meet him once I promise you will be greatful to me!! And him of course. None better than Dr. Hopkins!

Dr.Hopkins has been God Sent to me.He is not only one of the smartest people I've ever met( he…read moreknows a little bit about everything but a lot about medicine) and he's very empathetic while cutting through the bullshit that has been projected on him by the DEA and other non-medical licensed individuals. He is retiring soon and I think it's important that I write a review about how he has helped me with the quality of my life. I am a chronic pain patient and have been his patient for almost 23 years .I have had four surgeries just in the last five years not to mention the shoulder surgery for a grade 5 slap tear I have to face in the next year and neck surgery after that and if I don't have him to do blocks on my back and shoulder in between i do not know how I will handle the pain even with pain medication .I am devastated he's leaving his practice and retiring because there's very few people who care about those of us that have chronic pain and need pain management doctors.what I love about Dr Hopkins is he fights for his patients. He takes a stand and his courage gives me courage to stand up and fight for my rights and for others. Finding another interventional pain management doctor to replace him is going to be hard but I know he will help me because that's just the kind of person he is ,he actually cares as he's a wonderful Doctor Who cares about his patients But he's a decent human being which we seem to be lacking these days . I've always listened and done exactly what he asks me to do like walking or working out even if I don't feel like it I do it anyway. I keep my weight down, I watch what I eat I know pain management does not just involve taking medicine it involves staying in shape mentally, physically, and spiritually.Thank you Dr Hopkins. Thank you for fighting for all of us who would've otherwise fallen through the cracks and maybe not even still be here if it wasn't for you. I use my platform working for a non profit local TV show to help others and keep the Focus on the less fortunate and speak up for those that don't have the strength and courage to fight for themselves. Thank you Dr Hopkins ,I pray to God I find someone who will take me under their wing like you have taken me. Sheila Thomas

Before coming to BioReset, I had a chronic cough (7 weeks and it was not COVID), extreme fatigue…read moreand my brain was "foggy". I had seen my Primary Doctor and had also been to The Mayo Clinic. Neither helped me with those issues. When I first met Dr. Cook, he said "We will get rid of your cough". After two visits (in 1 week) at BioReset, my cough was gone. After week 2, my fatigue and foggy head was gone. Most people (myself included) think inside of the Medical Book-Box when we feel bad. BioReset opened my eyes to so many contributing factors to my health issues. I had never thought about mold toxicity, tick born diseases or gut issues. I had many tests done right away (they are done by a reputable lab and you can look up the prices, they are not making money by selling lab tests). Instead of handing me a bottle of pills, they created a precise plan to heal my internal issues which lead to healing many of my original issues. (Cough, fatigue, foggy head and also pain in my knee). I am so thankful to have found Dr. Cook and his team. He is one of a kind. If you are expecting a conventional waiting room, only to be brought into the "cold second waiting room", only to be seen by a Dr. in a white coat- think again. The office itself is as warm and inviting as Dr. Cook and the entire group that supports him. On that note- his team reflects his own personal investment in his patients. Every single member of his staff has treated me with compassion and sincerity. They knew my name and I knew theirs. They sat and spent time with me while I was being treated. After months of feeling like a invisible number- I finally felt like a real human being and it felt AMAZING! When I say it felt "amazing", I mean mentally, physically and also spiritually. I am not the kind of person who says "spiritually", but I honestly just feel GOOD when I go to BRM and I feel GREAT when I leave. I added to this post because I want to mention one thing: I was pulling up Google Maps to take a screen shot for a friend of mine. That's when I saw the review below mine (that I do not want to draw attention to, but here I am). When I read it, I thought "Did we go to the same place?" Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I could not read the opinion of PC Inc (you don't hear that name often) , I was compelled to write my review. BioReset Medical has the most compassionate group of people on board their ship. There is a reason that I met with 6 different people on my fist appointment. Let me be clear- I was not moving from room to room...all 6 came to see me in my very room. (which, for the record does NOT look like the standard doctors office room that you sit in all cold, with a gown on, feet hanging off of a metal table- it looks more like a nice hotel reception room with cozy warm chairs and nice pictures on the wall). Back to my point, the crew was awesome and Dr. Cook makes the perfect captain of the ship. You can almost see and hear the gears in his mind turning while he's talking to you. He is planning your care, thinking about your situation, analyzing the problem and coming up with a solution that makes sense. He listened intently while I talked about my issues, leaning forward, hearing every word and truly WANTING to help me....and he did! I might sound like a cheerleader or a not-real-poster, so feel free to reach out to me if you want to hear it from the horses mouth. My world has changed from feeling bad to feeling really really good. I am a straight shooter when it comes to giving my opinion; always have been, always will be (hence the use of my actual name and also my real profile picture.) I have nothing to hide, because the truth is easy to back up. ~Jamie Rose Caglia-Berry

The confirmation email I received listed only the appointment time, address, and parking information -- it contained no mention of any consultation fee. On the day of the visit I was charged $750. When I questioned the amount, I was told that was the correct fee based on our prior conversation. I left the experience feeling the consultation fee had not been clearly or accurately disclosed in advance. The office itself also raised concerns. There was no secretary or front-desk staff, and the space is shared with a beauty salon, chiropractic office, and other services. All communication was handled directly by the doctor. The lack of transparent pricing has left me with no choice but to file a claim in small claims court to resolve the matter.
