I rented a mobility scooter from the Grand Rapids office for one week. On the two days I used it,…read moreafter charging the batteries overnight, the scooter would only work for about 45 minutes then I would get a dead battery indicator. On the first day, on Mackinac Island, I stopped twice for an hour to recharge the scooter. The Grand Hotel was nice enough to let me in to recharge. The second day, at Grand Haven, I had to stop three times to recharge. Upon returning the scooter a day early, the staff apologies for the inconvenience and said they would look into a partial refund. A week later having not heard from the office I called them. My call was transferred and I was told that the scooter works fine and I would still be charged the full amount. Needless to say I would never do business again with Clock Mobility.

After a failed attempt at replacing the remote (not the problem), we contacted the Grandville office and a chair technician came down the same day and the chair was fixed. He had earlier talked me through some steps on the phone that allowed him to figure out what had gone wrong, and he brought with him that component, which he replaced, and the chair has been good as gold since then. He was efficient & customer friendly. He was a delight to have in our home.
