But when we called CareLinc, they jumped into action. They dragged the order information out of our doctor's office, and then got us a loaner machine while we work out the insurance, etc. They were so kind and helpful and concerned. I know it sounds like I was over-stressing, but his apnea is very, very severe. So I deeply appreciated the helpfulness and focus on health that EVERYONE showed as we were trying to unwind this situation. I feel so fortunate that we found them. Honestly, they may have kept him out of the hospital. Blessings.

Ended up purchasing some Reese's and Cadbury Easter eggs - I think it was basically buy 5, get 5 free, which was a good deal - and we also browsed the 50% off Valentine's Day section. The checkout lady was friendly, as well, and checking out was fast. They also have a bathroom at this location, FYI, which was good since I needed to use it.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over an hour. If this was an emergency this is terrible service. Please look into doing some sort of change with this. The people here are always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I hate it when I go into a business to spend my hard earned money and they treat me like I'm inconveniencing them by making them work. Thankfully I've never experienced that type of behavior here. Now onto the negative side of the house. If I were not taking into consideration the very friendly people here I would be giving this pharmacy a 1 star rating. The major problem I have is on a couple of occasions I've asked my prescriptions be filled for a 3 month supply since there are plenty of refills left on them. Now, keep in mind I'm talking harmless medications that Walgreens and other pharmacies will be happy to do this for a customer. If I were getting Vicodin, morphine or some other highly abused drug frequently abused out on the streets then of course they'd be absolutely correct to not allow me or anybody else get more than a 30 day supply. That's not the case though. I'm talking about pills to help keep my cholesterol in check and to keep my blood a little thinner so we're not exactly talking about drugs that are in high demand out on the streets or that I might be tempted to take extra doses of and then become addicted. They say that without it being written by the doctor as being allowed to be filled in 3 month increments that they can't do it. Well, I know for a fact that Walgreens does this for customers, and so does Meijers so obviously the pharmacists here need to reevaluate how they are not meeting their customers needs when dealing with non-addictive drugs and ones that aren't easily abused out on the streets. Yes, it's commendable that you don't want to possibly do anything wrong when dispensing medications, but your customers deserve to be able to get the same type of service here that they can get at other respected and local pharmacies. Well, after typing all of that I'm finally having an aha moment. My aha moment is that I need to stop complaining about this issue at this pharmacy and just switch back to Walgreens as my regular pharmacy. Sometimes the most obvious solutions are the ones that take me the longest to figure out.

It's nothing fancy but if you need anything by manner of toiletries, medications (they also have a pharmacy), first aid items, etc they've got it. I've definitely bought my share of aloe more than once here after a wicked sunburn from the beach. They also have a small toy selection, a few self-care/beauty things, etc. Pretty much anything you forgot to throw in your suitcase you can get replaced here. I also absolutely love that they still have the old soda fountain counter in the back. We love going and splitting a soda or a float like we're kids in the 1950s. The one thing I do miss is the large selection they used to have of beach toys and whatnot. Every visit we'd buy a kite to fly at the beach, or something goofy to take to oval like a big beach umbrella, chairs, or blow up floaties. It was always the highlight of our trip and I miss it!
