Absolutely one of the cleanest well stocked ampm's I have ever visited this is my go to store. The staff is always super upbeat and friendly. Father of the boys is charging 1.09 for a refill of ice is driving loyal customers away. It used to be free. Then 47 cents... now 1.09. Sorry. I have been going there for over 20 years or more. I go to the restroom here on my way home from work from Sac. This place is located near a freeway exit and they won't let you use the restroom unless you buy something. I stop here and buy things often and don't use the restroom, but I expect to be able to use it when I need to. The old Man that works the overnight shift is a complete and utter jerk, very rude. absolutely heinous. when i walked in the door, which by the way squeaked the entire time if you care about that, i was immediately greeted by a terrible stench and TONS of grime. it covered everything. i went to the bathrooms: i had to buy something in the store (i already got gas) if i wanted to use them. i did so, begrudgingly, and when i entered the bathroom, there was a putrid odour of urine, poop, and vomit. everything was covered in an inch of dirt too. the toilet had mold on it, and there was no soap whatsoever. when i left the bathroom, i was hit on by a pervert. absolutely disgustin, avoid at all costs. read more

I still like this place but the other day I went to buy gas. I was 3rd in line, and the lady at the front forgot something and left the line. So the guy behind her proceeded to go, then after him it was my turn. So the cashier notices the girl that left the line behind me and says "oh she was already in line". Like I was supposed to let her go in front of me or something. So I said "yeah, and then she got out of the line". And placed my money on the counter and said " could I please get $40 on pump 9?" Then walked out. I'm not sure why she even said anything to me at all about the woman? She had went to the back of the line, like she should have. It just really upset me. The pros: It's cheap, as far as gas goes these days. You pay at the pump with your debit card or at the outdoor kiosk with cash; no need to go inside. The car wash works well. The store is always very clean and organized and the cashiers are quick. Large selection of fountain drinks. The cons: The lot is a pain to pull into and out of, just because of the way it's situated. There is hardly and room between vehicles at the pump because the lot is so small and cramped. No credit cards. $0.45 fee for using debit. Car wash is pricey. read more

I frequent this location a lot as it is central to where I live and where I can get my gas to begin my ridesharing day. This is, however, not my favourite location. Today prompted me to do a review. Im pretty cool with most of the workers I see, a couple are my favorites, but TODAY.... I encountered the most rude employee! She must've been stressed out because everyone all came at once to get gas! I get it.. you want to keep customers happy and stay efficient but DAYUM! Can you turn it down a notch! It's not that serious. I was barely able to see which lottery tickets I wanted to get as she was working both registers in a robotic manner. Totally not liking her sucky customer service skills. Other than that, the place is good to get your gas, conveniently located right off the freeway. They do tend to be a lil more pricey than other locations. read more

This review is for the car wash. I paid $10 and This thing got the dust off my car but was unable to remove the bird poop on the hood of my car which inspired me to get a car wash in the first place. Also the air dryer did not do a thorough job and there were spots all over my windshield when I drove off. The place i normally go to across town was closed so I came to this place as a last resort. I have stopped here a few times and always had a great experience! Full service ARCO open 24/7 with a car wash. Conveniently located right off of I-5. Easy to access from the freeway! Being able to jump off interstate and quickly get back on is a must, especially if you're in a hurry. This gas station/convince store is literally right off of the exit. In my opinion there is nothing more annoying than when you take an exit only to find you have to drive through several stop lights or make unnecessary turns just to get to a gas station and fuel up. I love the simplicity and convenience of this location. The store is always clean and the employees are courteous and friendly. If you're headed in or out of Sacramento this is a great place to stop without having to deal with the hustle and bustle of the city. read more

Horrible customer service, half their items are broken. Will not take faults for their outdated machines. Will not reimburse or give you another car wash if their broken car wash does not do it's job properly and witnesses attest to that machine not functioning properly. Whatever happened to customers are always right? Not worth pumping gas here. read more
