This place ALWAYS shuts their pumps off. You don't need 2-3 employees taking a break or going to lunch together. Shutting off the pumps in a busy area especially at random times of the day is pointless for a gas station/ convenience store. Especially when the employees are just sitting their chit chatting. read more

Scary place to buy gas, but it's convenient to the office when I'm desperate. One day I watched taggers vandalize the screens on the pumps and reported it to the store manager who treated me as if I was irritating him. I want to share my bad experience in this place yesterday 11/11/2022 like around 5: 30 pm I stop there to put gas first I try to put gas and pay at the pump it took my card ask for my pin then said to see cashier makes no sense to me but anyway I went inside pay the cashier. I walk to my car and the pump was not pumping my gas so I had to stop and go inside only to have this rude cashier tell me I cancel the pump that's why it dint pump the gas seriously so I go again to try to pump and again it wasn't pumping the gas so here I go again to tell the rude cashier then she try's to tell me I'm the one canceling the pump how the hell would I cancel the pump when I pick up the pump there nothing coming out seriously so I go again and same shit so I wen inside to ask for my money because I was not getting gas and when I go inside to ask for my money this rude cashier is laughing making stupid faces and hands me the money and as I was walking out she was mumbling shit. I just left I feel this cashier has no costumer service experience at all is not only rude but try to make you feel stupid as if I'm the one doing something wrong. This is a place for business and your employees should be polite to customers shes working at the wrong place with that crappy attitude and I know other people have complained about her yet they still have her working there No Value to your customers that's why I'm giving this place one star. Don't know why this places has 1/2 star reviews this place is probably the cheapest gas station in HP. I stop here all the time when passing through or in need of cheap gas, sure the lines are often long but that's not the gas stations problem...I haven't had any problems at this station so I will continue to come here! read more

I fell a couple of months ago on the new handicap concrete slab that its right by the entrance, that lady maria that claim To be the manager she is a low class uneducated person and very rude , instead of helping me out she acted in a very poor and unapriate maner, I used to go there all the time but ever since that incident happend i will never go back there again, i just wanted to let them know that it can happened to anybody ,im pretty sure they have it on camera so if you ever trip on That same handicap concrete slab this is a real testimony of a terrible inccident, now I have been having l knee pain.
