I seem to be confused regarding your goal of advertising that your stores having crunchy ice, as well as selling the 64 ounce refill mugs because at this location I have been treated terribly a few times now when buying refills with Ampm mug. I have also been over charged compared to what most of the other AmPm's charge for the same thing. I am buying Ice refills most of the time and don't understand what the problem is. I go out of my way to make sure that I clean up after myself always in any store. I purchased plenty of other items while I'm there, that is if the chance I'm just really confused about why certain employees have an issue selling ice. When you add on top of that the terrible customer service I've received on multiple occasions from a few employees here it outweigh the good employees that are here at this store. On multiple occasions, I have had a cashier completely Ignore me while ringing up what I'm buying while having conversations with other people around me and never asking me if I wanted to purchase anything else or if thats all, it is honestly shocking to me that these employees continue to have a job. I pop in there occasionally when on that side of town because gas is usually a really good price. I'll often grab a cold fountain drink and/or candy bar for a snack. I've learned to never buy any of the AMPMs hot foods, they're all terrible in my opinion. Their refills say one thing but they charge you more at the register!!! It states $1.79 for a 100oz refill which is about $1.99 after taxes but when you get to the register they charge you $1.99 then start to argue with you over the price when it is on their damn machines!! I understand it is only 16 cents but they shouldn't be advertising one price and charging a completely different price then arguing with you over it at the register!!! Plus all the other Ampms in the area charge $1.79 so why the damn upcharge????? read more

My reason for this review is that this store and station is clean inside and out...They keep the islands clear and debris free...I would have also give this store a 5 star review but for on thing... I was on my way to get my car tested at the state DOE testing station. But first I needed cash to get some gas...I stopped at the ATM and withdrew 40 dollars (the only cash I had on hand)...When I stopped in to get gas I handed the cashier a twenty dollar bill for 15 dollars worth of gas...I was given back 5 dollars...Just as I was putting my money back in my wallet I noticed I gave her both 20 dollar bills....I immediately turn and told her that I gave 2 twenty dollar bills...She looked at me like I was trying to pull something on her....I then asked her if she could get the manager but he was not available...I wrote down my name a phone number and hoped the manager would call me back...I had to call the next day and the manager said that the tills were balanced and he was sorry for the problem I had....I am not worried about the money (much) but it was all I had at the time...I am not mad but what I wanted to say it that this just dampens my view in humanity and the scruples that this cashier had at the time....(and by the way I am on SSI and disabled so I am not rich by all means) read more

Customer service here is horrible. At 12:55 am I pulled in to get gas. I was trying to find my debit card in my wallet. I am disabled and just had bilateral hand surgery. At 1 am the gas station attendant asked me to move my car away fron the pumps. I was trying to explain that I was disabled and having a hard time getting my card out of my wallet. He continued to yell at me and say I no come in to pay for gas and hand not started pumping I needed to move my car. I told him why would I move when I was getting gas. You no get gas you no cone inside. Trying to explain I was trying to get my debit card out. He continued to yell at me to move my car. Im disabled needing help and this man verbally assaulted me and told me to go else where. If this is how ampm treat.s people with disabilities and are able to get away with it. This employee needs to be fired. Don't ever get gas at this location unless you want to be verbally assaulted. I shut my car door and left without getting gas while having a cardiac event. Screw this ampm and I will post on Facebook how a disabled person was treated so damn bad. I would give no stars if I could. read more

Reason for this review: ARCO gas nozzles!!! Sorry Nick, I chose your location because you're one of the two closest to my house. So for price and service and friendliness and all other purposes , Nick's is 5 stars plus! (I wanted to rate a big fat ZERO but don't want to hurt your individual business. My issue is with all Arco gas nozzles. Nozzle acts like I have vapor lock almost every time I pump. Regardless of muscle used, angle, repeated adjusting, whether it's me or my adult son attempting the fill...It just simply will not pump properly. Pull handle..click..pull handle..click. Nozzle works at all other gas stations so it's not a tank or vehicle issue. I've even had a bystander AND an attendant another time attempt to assist me. Nay they had no luck either. Here's the clincher why ARCO nozzles rate a zero - After it finally wears out my normally mild-tempered, easy going and good mannered soul to the point of cursing at it way louder than what is publicly acceptable...I move to the next available pump and it works just fine. The next fill up I make sure to use the one that worked previously but it happens yet again! PLEASE FIX THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR NOZZLES!! And bring back the spring/clip that keeps the pump running hands free while you're at it. My hand starts aching by the time I get my tank full. I think the world of ARCO in every other way. I'm not changing stations ever. I do actually have way bigger things to worry about in my life so it took me 6 years after moving here to actually do a review, but it's only fair to the innocent patrons who have the unfortunate experience of parking next to the crazy middle-aged lady with the sailor mouth when gassing up! read more
