I couldn't get off the phone fast enough. I understand pharmacies can be overwhelmed, and I want to acknowledge that Grace may have been under a lot of pressure with many orders to fulfill. That said, customer service is still a core part of the job, and in this case it was exceptionally poor. There was no empathy, no patience, and no effort to be even minimally helpful. Even if this pharmacy had the best prices around, it would honestly pain me to do business here again. Feeling rushed off the phone and treated like an inconvenience is not acceptable--especially in a healthcare setting where people are often already stressed or unwell.
