When you go in to pick up your prescription, expect a wait. And many times, expect to return later because your prescription isn't ready when it's supposed to be. And depending on what your prescription is, you might have to wait a few days (they will fill a partial order for you if you need it, so I'll give them that much). If you call on the phone, expect a long wait. And get used to hearing, "We're sorry. Our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we'll be with you shortly." I know this because those are the recorded words, verbatim. I was so bored listening to that recording over and over that I actually took the time to write it down and then made a game of it by repeating it with the recorded voice each time she came on.

And they rarely call to notify you that your prescription is ready for pick up. They appear to be constantly under staffed and they're closed doing lunch hour which makes pick up difficult.
