So I have the ampm app so I decided to stop in grab a hot dog and listen soda that was posted on the app as being free if the Dodgers steel base which they did and it says that the hot dog plus the slim soda is free if you have the app so I went in and got a fountain drink and Ahmed the owner already didn't look happy so he scanned my app and said I own like three something I said no the hot dog and the drink are supposed to be free and I told him to look on the app and read it he didn't want to he says I don't care what the app says it's not free so without arguing I said then just give me my fountain drink and I paid for that he tossed the hot dog in the trash which I thought was very rude to do right in front of me and I said wow you could have just gave me the hot dog no big deal right it is to this guy and I've seen some of the other post about him people be advised he's not a nice guy and if anybody from the health department is reading this go and check this place out because he had Mayo sitting out warm Mayo and it's probably been out all day and all night he's going to make somebody very sick maybe it was a blessing in disguise that I didn't get the free hot dog because I actually put some of that mail on it mistakenly forgot that it was been sitting out probably thank you

I've been going to this location for 5-10 years now. The staff are always on it in my experience…read more My scripts are usually ready within an hour. I also get my covid boosters and my annual flu shots here as well......again, never a problem! The line is usually never more than 2 people deep and I get in n out within 5-10 minutes every single time. For years. The 1 star reviews are 1 bad experience (so of course they whine on here instead of talking to a friend or therapist....)

I had honestly forgotten just how rude, dismissive, and uncaring the main pharmacist at this location is. In general, CVS Health has not been a compassionate place for those of us with chronic illnesses. It may be fine for people who only need the occasional antibiotic or short-term prescription, but for someone like me--who manages multiple medications every month and often has to try new treatments--it's usually a nightmare. Adding in a pharmacist with zero empathy and an obvious ego problem only makes the experience worse. I genuinely do not understand how she continues to keep her job while consistently treating people this poorly. I don't expect anyone to bend over backwards for me, and I don't expect them to do anything outside of policy. But I do expect to be listened to. I expect communication between my doctor and me to be taken seriously, to receive updates when issues come up, and to have my concerns addressed instead of dismissed and ignored. It's honestly concerning that someone working in healthcare and responsible for handling medications that directly impact people's health can treat patients with such little care or professionalism.

It's a real downer when a store in which you've previously had mostly good to great experiences…read moreleaves you feeling like changes have happened, and not for the better. My displeasure with this location started recently when they implemented an AI phone system for the pharmacy. While the voice them use is pleasant and helpful, I quickly learned that the system can only handle one request at a time. Humans can manage multiple questions and just deal with them one by one. Using the AI phone system thus requires multiple calls, and it's difficult to get through to a real person. I found that I needed to leave a voicemail. Once I got a call back and once I didn't. 50% batting average? Good for baseball, not great for customer service efficiency. Today's frustration was when Dear Hubby picked up a prescription for me. I don't have the numbers in front of me to verify, but as I recall this particular Rx wasn't very expensive. Today it was over $60. What?! I looked it up on GoodRx and it's 3 times what it should be. What bothers me is that their records should show what we paid previously and they could offer to check with GoodRx for a better option. That would be good customer service, instead of good ol' corporate greed. This has me so irritated that I'm considering switching all of my pharmacy business to a different provider. We've been loyal customers for a decade and a half, but this may be the last straw. Especially now, we all need all the dollars we can get just to pay other bills, like filling the car with gas, and on and on. The combination of making it difficult to talk with a live person when one has questions / needs of the pharmacist, and the overcharging - that's not making me feel like a valued customer at all.

This one is near my work and I was grabbing food in the same plaza so I chose this one. I came in the early morning so I found parking easily here. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all and only had 1 person working the cashier. That same cashier works at the photo department so I had to get in the checkout line and then tell her I was there for a picture pick up. The process was simple but I can see how it can be slow if they had many customers waiting to check out.
