This used to be my favorite place to go for gas, snacks & drinks, a quick bite to est on th go. It used to be great. Now I avoid it. I pay more accross the street, but its gotten prettu nasty, there trash is all over the ground around the pumps, the around the pumps is always hella nasty with spills, spit and god knows what else making the ground sticky or slippery. I rarely go there now that I don't get some kid trying to sell me WalMart $1. candy bars for $7-$10. for their "youth group", that is really a creepy guy in a trashed out van, with a group of kids, a person asking for gas money or some type of loud domestic altercation and when you say no to any of them they are hella mad and say rude crap the whole time your trying to pump you gas! read more

This is a great spot to get affordable fuel before getting into the heavy traffic of city life just minutes up the fwy. As long as traffic isn't bad it's not too difficult to get in and out of but both times as I came from the fwy I had to turn at the light and make a U turn to get in here. If it were rush hour I could imagine this place only being visited by people coming from a particular direction. The station is fairly new so it feels clean when entering the store area, although the restroom was just semi-clean. They do also offer car washes but I had a truck and trailer so I didn't use this service. I'm not sure if they accept credit cards, I used cash both times as I'm used to getting charged more for credit pricing and am all about value when it comes to fueling up my truck while towing. read more

If you get a car wash here pay for the cheapest one because that's what you will receive, if you pay for the $10 wash. I reached out to let them know their $10 wash only rinsed, soaped and rinsed and it's not the first time time this happened, but it is the first time I let them know. As for the car wash. What can you expect for just $6.99? Did a pretty good job at removing all of the bugs that were attached to the car. My FAVOTITE part of this experience was the vacuums OmGosh! Get here quick with all the suction they have, it was Sooooooo powerful, it lifted my floor protectors up and I had to pry them off of the vacuum. I have never in my life been so pleased with a vacuum at a self service area. They aren't clogged up yet. Chine and get suction while you can, at its finest! read more

After waiting patiently for this car wash the under pressure washers that wash the bottom of the cars knocked off a panel that still had the rivet screws in it off my near New car and I was dragging the panel by a thread down the road and had to stop off of the freeway with my children in the car to figure out how to take the rest of this panel off. Not knowing anything about cars this was a pretty frightening experience for me to have to do off the side of the freeway. I do not recommend this car wash part of this gas station under any circumstances and I am highly pissed read more

Some lady just gave me ridiculous attitude and kicked me out and refused service for bringing my service dog in without even asking me whether or not it was. It's 100 degrees out and I wasn't about to leave my dog in the car. I don't have time to deal with these morons. Apparently this franchise has never heard of ADA. read more

Customer safety and service is not something this gas station takes seriously - manager Banjit has a terrible attitude. I just tried to fill my car up at pump 10 - after entering my payment etc and lifting the nozzel the whole pump pipe became disconnected from the pimp and gas drizzled out of the top pipe all over my foot/shoe and the floor - the pump did not have an out of order sign attached to it nor was it switched off so it could not be used. When I went inside to complain Banjit was completely unapologetic and nochelant about it - came to find out he even knew the pump was broken! What a liability! read more

This is for ALL cheap ARCO gas stations that charge .35 to use a debit card. It's not the .35, it's the fact that they r raking in BILLIONS and r so tight that u can't even get cash back at a gas station to pay cash AFTER paying their fee. I needed to fill up 2 cars so i went in to pay for both, but they HAVE to charge u .35 for each and can't give cash back....THIS WILL BE THE LAST ARCO FILL UP. They should INCLUDE the fee in their price posting. Most people don't carry around cash just for ARCO. Just add this to the fact that BP/ARCO laid off all their company drivers during the recession for no reason other then the fact that they wanted to pull MORE MONEY from all us regular people and pay less for any service THEY might need. read more

Was getting gas here and grabbing a snack. When I went inside the guy worker rudely told me "no dogs". My good girl is clearly a service dog, she wears a SD vest (even tho they don't need to) and sticks right next to me at all times doing her job. This place needs to read up on the ADA service animal laws before telling me my service dog can't go in public places with me. Ended up passing on the gas and snacks here, went across the street to 7 eleven and they welcome my dog and I with open arms. read more

Bender wouldn't turn my pump on after going inside three times To get my pump on he said I owe him money. What the heck!? As a business owner and I could appropriately say his customer service was below shitty he races voice at me he cussed at me. It took me talking to the manager to get my pump turned on time I don't have to waste add silly gas station with some lowlife employee. I usually go to Arco but I'm not coming here anymore if I could give less than one star I totally would do a minus. What a shame. Here is an almost new Arco with fair gas prices. Too bad Arco corporate doesn't monitor their dealers. The place is a dirty mess. You can't use a credit card here but it doesn't tell you anywhere not on the signs or the pumps. Wasted my time by going there and then telling me that they don't. Then when you go to use your debit card they want to charge you $.35 to use it. I just left and went across the street to 7-11 and used my debit card for free.
