The new gas card program that they have through AMPM works well here. My few stops in here they've had everything from great coffee to delicious lunch. Plus they're one that has fresh food ready to go on it's lunch time as well as all the toppings for it. The guys that work in there aren't particularly friendly but they don't really need to be either. The store is clean. My only complaint is that the ATM does charge for my bank a surcharge, but that's not their fault that goes to the vendor. I stop here pretty regularly for gas, and will continue to do so. read more

You can tell this place is under new ownership/management.... I mean they have more of a selection than before but the place is dirtier than it used be, there's always something broken, and it seems like it takes forever to get those items fixed, if at all.... There's one young man in there that is always on his phone via earbuds, I believe his name tag said Jaban. They did thankfully keep a few of the old employees who seem like they know the business pretty well, I love going in there when they're working, Micaela knows exactly what I get and has my cigarettes ready when she sees me walk through that door, and David is getting there too, they might not know my name but they know me still. It's refreshing to see that. I go in all hours of the day and night, I'm a delivery driver. So I have dealt with everyone that works there. There's a guy named Jon that stops everything that he is doing in the back to watch over your shoulder if he thinks your a thief, I've seen him do that to a poor kid... Jay is beyond rude to the staff there and chews out his employees at the registers in front of customers. Treat your staff with respect!! Ashik is racist, follows anyone with dark skin around the store. And he can't possibly be food handler certified, I've heard him ask how he's correctly supposed to wash his hands to Micaela and Jaban. I've seen Jaban change the coding stickers on the hot food as well as the cold coffee and the food toppings, without actually changing them... needless to say I'm glad I've never purchased those things.. My hats off to this ARCO station. I waited over 20 minutes for handicap service at an another ARCO station (on Prescott & Standiford), and finally gave up! Went to this ARCO, and I was in, gassed up and out in 5 minutes! Both stations were very busy, but this ARCO knew how to give great customer service in a high-traffic period. This staff has been consistently friendly and attentive, and always make me feel welcome. Tried them off and on for the last couple years, and its always been a positive experience. I get the whole debit fee thing, but that's outside the control of the people who work there. What they are responsible for, excellent customer service, they excel at. read more

They clone your debit card at this gas station!!!! Then charge $100 a couple of times On your debit card from a 7 eleven. And I am not the only one!!! Shame on the staff and management for no doing a good job and hire scumbags!!! This is a regular ampm, there is nothing special about it, nothing bad about it either. This is about their coffee. The coffee station is OK, but the coffee is always old. Then when it is almost gone the person did not get rid of the old coffee they just brewed new coffee in the (what I consider to be) dirty pot. Yes I know its just coffee. well imo the old coffee makes the new coffee bad. The girls at the cash register are not the most pleasant sales associates that I have ever met either. read more

I consider the one star over rating the place. I've been going to this store for well over 30 years and just within the last year or so its gotten ridiculous. They have this one employee that is the worlds biggest jerk. Everytime I go in there he's got some high and mighty attitude about stuff like yelkin at me for microwaving a burrito before I pay for it or, even though I leave my change of 7 cents or t centavo or whatever behind everytime I go in there, he says that since I had two foreign coins (what I thought was a penny and a dime) that I was "technically stealing" or at least trying to. In all my time in customer service I've never encountered such an attitude problem. read more

There's been a help wanted sign in the window here for 2+ months. I was thinking about my neighbour and asked the manager for an application. He looks me up and down and says no. I can understand if I looked homeless or something, but I was wearing a clean black shirt, and a pair of nearly new black Levi's jeans and new Nikes. He says, and I quote, "I don't hire your type" I quipped back, "what, male? Or smarter than you?" It was obvious that he only hires females (and a couple of younger guys for graveyard) I was a regular customer up until this point, but after realizing I had been judged without someone knowing anything about me, I stopped buying my gas and coffee from this location. read more

Came here a couple times now to get gas and ive always been able to find somewhere to pull into, its quick and the air is nice because you just have to press the button and it comes on instead of going inside, but inside it has been slow before and they will have another person behind register just standing there and opening register for one customer and then closing it. read more
