10am, this morning, I stopped to get gas. I finished at the pump, and went inside, to use the bathroom. The cashier was so friendly, I had to buy something. I bought more than usual. I noticed his kindness for the lady in front of me, and the lady ahead of me. Horrible service, I operate high performing fitness facilities and come to this location in passing. There's one particular woman, ALWAYS ON HER PHONE, doesn't greet, will literally process a transactions while speaking to someone on her AirPods. Came in to redeem a promo, with a coffee purchase it was $1 body armor waters. Instead of her listing to my request she fights to read the promo to ultimately do what I asked but couldn't process a small coffee. Horrible attitude, does not list, literally just working there putting minimal effort. You'll would never have this employee in a high income part of town. Do better ampm!!!! read more

Back in September, I walked over here from Gen Korean after dinner to grab some drinks for my mini fridge in my hotel room. I was able to get a couple 2 liter sodas and a couple 1 liter waters. The cashier was nice and easygoing. Gas station is your average Arco with the mini market. It was decent and no bums at the time I stopped in around 9pm or ghetto element. I was just visiting Vegas as I do a couple times a year. This Arco is just fine. read more

Wow, I have never seen any business get so many 1 star reviews. Fortunately, I didnt have the same experience as everyone else who wrote a review. It was simply an average visit. They do not go the extra mile in terms of having good service or a nice looking store. They were not bad either, though. Would I return? Probably not. All the usual pluses and minuses. Fountain drinks are all the usual suspects. Employees aren't any better or worse than expected. Gas is usually at least a dime cheaper than the others in the neighborhood if you pay cash. Try to go so that you are traveling WITH traffic flow or getting in and out can be a bitch! read more

NEVER in my LIFE have I experienced such horrible & disrespectful customer service!! WOW ! Please provide further training or heck fire the cashier lady that worked Saturday Feb 2nd at 8:15pm She does NOT care for her job much less for the customers entering this business. I will most definitely be calling managers, district managers and or corporate. The level of not just bad customer service but of disrespect is on another level. This girl that claims her name is Julieta whom I don't believe to be true who knows she was covering her name tag & insisted in not giving me her name. I had to literally my stand there for 2 mins going back and forth with her because she didn't want to give me her name after advising her I would be filling a complaint. I ended up leaving and taking my money to Chevron. I will be following up with this because this is unacceptable. Came here to grab gas on the go. Las Vegas Gas is more expensive compare to Washington. I am guessing petroleum taxes here must be higher. So came over to grab a few things and pick up gas. Nothing too special about this place. Arco is Arco and it is one of the cheaper gas station if you are comparing the prices to say Shell or other competitors. I have noticed a lot of Californian coming over to fill up gas during December. But what can I say my license plate is WA. read more

A review of a gas station !?!?! are you kiddin' me ?? I can't help it- this is my "local" gas station. Some people have their local bar/tavern, others have their local nail or hair salon, maybe their local liquor store - i say more power to anyone that has a local anything. Now granted, most people equate "local" to a mom/pop biz and usually i do to, but sorry, i guess this is my exception to the rule. what's so great about this place ? as a guy that drives from so cal to vegas virtually every week, i keep an eye on gas prices - more often then not, this place has the best prices ( my other favs are the arco on charleston near 3rd and the arco on lamb and owen ) what else ? i usually make the trip back to so cal early in the morning ( before the dogs eat bk ) so of course i need a cup of java - i ain't a coffee expert - in fact, didn't drink coffee ( maybe 1-2 cups a YEAR ) until last summer - now, 2-3 cups / week . it's not the coffee that impresses me at arco, but the "creamer dispenser " - 4 different creamers - put the cup under the creamer dispenser, hit the button, perfect !! i like those blue bunny ( or is it bunny blue ? somethin' like that ! ) ice creams - $1.50 - either the turtle, the nascar or the strawberry sandwich - i swear they made that one just for me - i used to buy the neopolitan, eat the strawberry part then threw the rest away. Is this hagen daaz quality ? of course not ! but i still like it. i like that they usually have the window squeegee thingies to clean all that bug shit off my windows and grill . finally - i really like the characters that use this station - sometimes i'm there at 3 am, sometimes 3 pm - i've seen fist fights because someone cut-off another to get to a gas pump ( i guess we'll call this a form of road rage ) i've seen guys jump out of limos when they see hot babes pumping gas and throw out their best alcohol - slurred pick-up lines ... and it worked ! surprisingly, i rarely get anybody asking for $$ ( i get more of that at the 7-11 at decatur/trop ...a fav hang-out for the bums on the westside - they lost their " housing " across the street when all the brush was removed and of course, my favs - the taxi-cab drivers. my guess, this is the #1 gas station for the cabbies ( several of the cabbie businesses are just up the street ) - pure entertainment ! Natalie is extremely rude and doesn't understand customer service. The store was empty and she completely disrespected the only person purchasing gas. The customer asked her to verify that his car was on pump 5. She said that's not my job. She was even swearing at another car pumping gas outside. She was yelling, "What the f***! Let go of the pump dumb a**!" The prices for gas is a good deal and I was going to purchase more items until she completely turned me off. read more

Wanna get cheap gas? Come here! I've always only come here for gas. Lately its been 3.58$ and everywhere else is 3.80$. The only crappy part is that if you dont wanna pay cash there is a .35 cent fee for using debit. But thats better than paying that per gallon. Its also on the corner acorss from Fantastik so its easy to get in and out. read more

Great price in gas, always full window cleaner and wipes, but their fountain drinks are flat tasting.

Out of about 15 pumps only 2 take cards and they won't take $100 even though I'm putting $60 worth of gas in the car. Won't be trying this shit-hole again. There's a 76 just a little further up Decatur that has pumps that work, takes cards, dispenses gas. You know, all the stuff you like in a gas station read more

I like this AM/PM for one reason; Cheap Gas!! This station, along with the location at Decatur & Washington, always have the lowest priced gas on the westside of town. It always amazes me that people will stop at the unnamed station a block away and pay 40 cents a gallon more than the same product is sold for at this station. read more

OMG the employees are very unprofessional. Just stopped by this gas station around 9 pm on June 11, 2018. This female employee was busy texting someone at the cashier and I had to wait until she was done texting... If I were her boss, I would tell my employees NEVER use their cell phone in front of the customers !!! Can I ever see professional people at the gas station !? I guess not..... :( read more

The price is right but don't like getting niceled and dimed on the debit card fees. They don't even take charge cards.
