You don't even deserve a one-star if I could give it a minus 10 Stars I would. Labor Day 2025…read more I getting a big gulp for me and my children when I asked Socorro for a straw he said very gruffly, excuse me while pushing her way to the soda fountain proceeding to filling her 7-11 cup of soda. When I asked for a straw she continued getting her soda and was very rude attitude told me to wait!! Bad customer service moving customer out of her way for her self. I complained to the male cashier said his names Zack? he didn't give me manager name he thought it was funny I complained? Socorro started saying loudly , what did you say about me bitch? She was very unprofessional, rude, foul mouth needs customer service training because had it not been for my children needing snacks. I would have spent my money elsewhere. Corporate needs to know that the man/lady?? named zocorro left a bad taste in my mouth for 7-11 stores. Worst experience in my life from 7-11 employees consuming 7-11 products in front of customers, right at the register on company's time. I will never set foot in your horrible establishment due to these two characters!

As I've written in (many?) reviews, King City, California's gas-station branding is a combination…read moreof a carousel and a game of musical chairs. Back in the day--that is to say around 2021?--I believe the gas station connected to this store was either unbranded or some obscure/unknown-to-me brand. It is now a Valero, I believe, but since I haven't gotten gas from it as a Valero, this is a review of the store only. It's a total mess. I mean that sincerely but not literally. The store itself isn't disorganized, dirty, or unkempt. On the contrary, it's pretty well organized and stocked as far as gas-station convenience stores go. But the mass of humanity inside, outside, between aisles, at different registers, and at different register stations just makes the entire shopping experience harrying. It doesn't help that there are all these strange men standing around accosting customers about some kind of lottery. It doesn't seem like a legitimate lottery. No, it's probably some locally run numbers game, and these not so gentle men are keen on signing people up, taking their money, or collecting owed money. The store was hoppin' when I came, yet none of the many employees did a thing to scare these men away, although the men did seem to try to avoid standing near the cash registers. It's one of those stores with very high shelving, so the aisles can feel cramped and like parts of a labyrinth. It doesn't help that not all the cash registers are together, or that some of the cashiers ask certain customers to step out of line to be helped at different places. The lines do back up into the aisles, so before you're ready to check out, be sure you know where the line begins. You don't want to be cutting in line here. Not that you should ever, for any reason, intentionally cut in line. But that's exactly why Full Stop Market earns only two stars from me: It's the kind of store where you'd be afraid to cut in line, even inadvertently. Do I really have to stop here next time I'm in King City to take photos for Yelp? All right, all right. My cashier on that specific day in 2021 was very nice.
