STAY AWAY unless you want to be ripped off. One of the worst gas station/food marts I've ever seen. Even worse than any of the off the beaten path mom and pop run places you see in the backwoods. Broken pumps, gas prices higher than the Chevron down the street, and their "hot food" area? Half the time theres never anything in the cases and empty shelves. An embarrassment to Arco and other AM/PMs but the franchisee owners are obviously wealthy idiots who believe the can just screw over the people who drive in trusting the AM/PM reputation. read more

It's better to go somewhere else, even if it's out of the way for you. This place is only in business because of it's good location, would be my guess. I go here often because I can walk there from my house. It's often locked at random times when employees are taking a break. They don't leave a sign saying when they might be back to unlock the door, so you have to decide whether to stand around waiting or not. It could be five minutes, it could be forty-five. Have never had a more rude interaction with an employee. Spiteful and degrading. A poor excuse for management. They seriously need to reconsider how they talk to people. The woman working today just about had a fit when my father (53) bought beer and I (26) was standing next to him. She was even more rude after showing her my ID to prove I was in fact of age. Even asked to see my fathers ID twice! If I were you, I would just go half a block further to the Shell station. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give 1 because it's forcing me to. I came in here and was greeted by Avery. I tried to by a drink with my literal PASSPORT and he refused me service. Last time I checked a passport was the most valid form of identification in the United States??? If I could rate with zero stars, I would. My husband and I just put $100 cash into their Lottery machine, but the machine didn't dispense any tickets, nor did it refund our money. The employee told us he wasn't able to get into the machine because he didn't have the key, only the store manager did. So he called the manager, Rune Butonlivic, prob spelled wrong, and she said she wasn't going to drive down to the store right now, and to just get our name and number. Well excuse me for wanting our money NOW! She apparently lives in Sedro Woolley, which would only be a 20 min drive, and she couldn't be bothered. We had no choice but to leave without our money, and the promise to get it back no later than Monday, her next scheduled day. This is so wrong on so many levels. read more

I came because I wanted gas, it's a gas station so what do you expect? Well sense all of the gas pumps said " this pump has been stopped" I couldn't get gas. This was inconvenient because it was a gas station. My pump was low and it was just irritating! read more

Am pm sent my brother away for not wearing a mask he had a cloth face cover which is required by state law I went into the store my shirt has a built-in scarf mask attached to it it was designed since covid pandemic but it is also part of my shirt so shouldn't I been sent away to employees need to follow the law and not make up there own laws as they go very disappointed in am pm at fairhaven location it was short gal with long red hair not fair at all! Cheaper gas here than I found anywhere else in the area. Had no troubles at the pump and I appreciated that this Arco now accepts credit cards in addition to debit. I'd definitely come back to this station. read more

We stopped here on the way to Canada from Seattle. Only one women's bathroom and one men's - and the women's could be cleaner. The real issue is customer service. Went to the counter and the cashier was fiddling with a piece of machinery - right after checking someone out. She said nothing to me, then eventually said, "Hiiiiiiii." Continued fiddling with the gadget. Said nothing. I looked at her. She wasn't looking at me. Walked away without saying anything and she still said nothing. Not sure where else you could stop to use the restroom, but next time it'll be anywhere but here. read more

This place should be avoided at all costs, The workers seem to be upset because of the way they are treated by the manager there, Ive seen this first hand man time. I was in a long line and the Cashier is running the phone back and forth to the manager who is too busy to help with the long line or talk on the phone. Restrooms were out of order so my kids could not use the restroom. I went to the back of the building for a car wash and it wasnt working. I went in and asked for help and the manager came out 15 min. later to help me. I asked for a refund because I was late going somewhere and she refused me a refund for the car wash ($10). I was blamed for not doing the car wash right and told the car wash code is good for 12 days. Im never going back to this place, id rather run out of gas. The workers are jerks because of the way they are treated. read more

I pulled up at 9:45pm. Two employees were working. The place was open. However, the employee at the register informed me that she was counting out, and wouldn't ring me up until after 10pm. When I asked how I was supposed to pay for gas, she and the other employee told me to go to another station down the street. I stopped here to fill up and get a car wash before heading south on I-5. The only good thing I can say is the gasoline was inexpensive. I asked if there was any discount on the car wash with a fill up. The middle-aged female employee behind the counter seemed agitated with the question. She pointed to a price sheet located at the other register. I paid for the most expensive option. Then I paid cash for the gas and went to the pump. The price I saw displayed on the pump was the non-cash price so I went back into the store to inquire. This same female employee began explaining to me that the cash price was in a different place on the pump. While listening to her and attempting to understand her explanation of where I needed to look for the cash price she became inexplicably hostile and said, "You look like you don't believe me!" It was so non-sequitir I was completely taken aback.I told her I was listening and said she had mis-perceived something but had been quite rude. I went back to pump the gas but the pump was shut off. She came running out to the pump to tell me it had shut off because, "you waited too long". We exchanged apologies for the earlier conversation but she was still quite resentful. Maybe she was just having a bad day and I became a target for her frustrations. I pulled my car into the automated car wash. Then a flashing light told me to "Back Up". I backed up and pulled forward 3 times but couldn't get it to work. My wife then got a reluctant attendant to come out and reset the machine. It malfunctioned after the wash but before rinse and wax. I had a bad experience with one of the managers but ARCO costumer service was very helpful and the owner gave me a call. The manager didn't let me use the phone after my dog locked my keys and cell phone in the car when I was parked at the gas pump. I spoke with store clerk first and he was very kind and tried to accommodate me. He couldn't find the phone so the manager was asked to come up from the back of the store. She was not wearing a mask. She told me the phone was for business only. I asked her if she was seriously not going to let me use the phone. She said she would get in trouble if I did. The following day, I spoke with ARCO costumer service. The costumed service representative was very helpful! He said that allowing me to use the phone is a business call. The owner of the store called me the next day and left a message apologizing for the incident. All and all, the situation was acknowledged by the owner as a wrong doing. I hope in the future the store will accommodate folks who are in need of the phone. read more

Nice people who are very helpful and easy going... I purchased 6 bags of ice and the clerk and the new manager helped me out to my car.. Very easy to say I will be stopping here in the future whenever I'm in town... Good ole fashion customer service and personable polite and very good sense of humor, the two guys and the young lady working made me laugh so hard I chuckled half way to Vancouver... read more

If you could give zero stars I would. Clerk was ok but overwhelmed. Tried to buy a car wash but receipt printer was broken. Went inside, waited on long line for overwhelmed clerk, he printed new receipt. Waited in line for car wash, person in front lost her money in broken machine. Put code in machine and it said invalid. Went back inside. Even longer line. Asked clerk for money back and he said he wasn't allowed to do that. Asked him to fix car wash machine and he said he couldn't leave counter with long line. Gave me managers number and then it got worse. She was rude, unhelpful and her suggestion was that I come back Monday and she'd give me my car wash, now I live 100 miles away and was just passing through so that was an idiotic way to handle my complaint. DON'T USE THIS STATION! You'll regret it. read more
