They said they would order a different part and call me back. That was over a month ago. I called several times since and left messages, none of which were returned. I drove by their location and looked around twice in the past week to see if I could speak to someone in person, but there were no signs of anyone being there for quite some time. It's like they fail to acknowledge their is this magical thing called the internet where people can find out what things actually cost or the person (in my case) will already know what things are worth. Note: I brought all my own audio and install accessories Installs: sloppy and cheaply done (be prepared to see electrical tape as opposed to heat shrink, connectors, solders, etc) Also they tend to damage or break things on your vehicle while doing one, happened to me, then they tell you to buy the part so they can fix it?? It's a shame the owner seems to market and take advantage of military members and unaware customers. Doesn't surprise me they were almost black listed. Plain and simple, don't go here!
