Cool photo opportunities at Gotg!

We took the E bike tour around the park with Dylan and Burley. They were very knowledgeable, funny, and made for an amazing trip. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in learning more about the Park and getting unique vantage points. PS Dylan is an amazing photographer pointing us to all the places to get the best photos.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a fun way to experience the Garden of the Gods and wow did we pick the right tour! We decided to go on the Garden-n-Glen combo tour on e-bikes and had so much fun during our 2.5 hour/9 mile adventure with Burly. We not only got some amazing views all around Garden of the Gods, but also got to take time off the bikes to explore on foot. Burly was great at explaining how to use the bikes and making sure we were safe every leg of the journey. He had so many amazing facts and tidbits of history to share with us, and knew exactly where to take amazing photos that captured us against the landscape. We had no idea that Glen Eyrie Castle was tucked away next to Garden of the Gods, so we were very excited for that part of the tour. Overall I would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to add a little adventure to their time at Garden of the Gods it's well worth the price!

Electronic Passenger bike for the littles.

We took the garden and glen tour with the electronic bikes. It was fabulous and they even had a passenger bike for my 5 year old to ride along. All of the satisfaction of a long bike ride, but none of the exertion! What a fabulous way to see the Garden and castle and a great afternoon.

Walking path in Garden of the Gods

We purchased the ebike garden of the gods/castle tour. It was a blast!!! The combination of the bike riding and site seeing was perfect. Ample time was given for us to get off the bikes and explore. My two kiddos rode on the back of the passenger bikes. Super comfortable. My parents who are in their late 60s also came and it was a breeze for them. Our guide Sean was super!! Highly recommend.

This was hands down one of the best days of our trip! Sean was our guide and he was amazing. Lots of stops with lots of times for photos. Sean shares tons of history and always gives you incredible places to view the park. The E-bikes were a blast and we never felt out of breath or tired. May seem a bit pricey but totally the best way to view Garden of the Gods. I cannot recommend it enough!!!

I was searching for a beginner's mountain bike and had gone to two big box sporting good stores…read morewithout any luck or help. I had looked up local bike shops the day before on Yelp and remembered Criterium had great reviews so I said to myself, "I have no idea what I'm doing. I need help" so I went to Criterium. I'm so happy that I did! I walked into the store, and within one minute, Tom came over to ask if I needed help. I told him what kind of rides I intended on doing and my budget, and he showed me all of the available options for my height/size. He was very thorough and explained the breaks, gears, and features on the bikes. He adjusted the bike before I took it for a test ride, and again before purchase (I also added a kickstand and a water bottle holder). I loved how the service wasn't pushy at all, and he was honest about quality and ride. It was nice having help the entire way through the process. Highly recommend Criterium. Will be back for my husband's bike service as well as future tune ups. Additional note: I took my new bike for a six mile ride when I got home, and it met all of my expectations. I love the aesthetics, and it rides great! Def the nicest bike I've ever owned.

Wish the Service Matched the Sales Experience…read more Update: I'm raising my rating because Criterium's management stepped up and owned the mistake. Ben (GM) personally inspected the bike, identified a missing cassette spacer, and installed it along with additional adjustments at no charge. He also acknowledged an incorrect $30 labor charge, issued store credit, and offered a card refund instead. The original experience after spending nearly $1,000 was disappointing, but I appreciate their explanation and willingness to make it right. How a business handles a mistake matters, and they deserve credit for taking responsibility. My praise for Joel in sales also stands. Original experience, before management's response: For nearly $1,000, I expected a fully tuned bike, not a new collection of sound effects. The bill included a roughly $200 replacement wheel. Expensive? Absolutely. But Criterium had earned my trust through previous work, so I expected to pick up a bike ready to ride. Instead, I got an extremely loose cassette, several gears I couldn't shift into, a strange clanking sound when bouncing the bike, and a chain rubbing against the chain guide. Apparently, some of the gears had become decorative. The bike was riding nicely before the service, but it wasn't rideable when we got it back. Finding that many obvious problems made me question the quality of the entire tune-up and whether all the additional repairs recommended were necessary. It left me with more questions than confidence. We had to make another trip to return it for corrections. I hadn't realized the full-service package would include extra driving and more time at the shop. Joel in sales was the bright spot throughout this experience. He's knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and the reason I bought a Specialized Stumpjumper a few weeks earlier. If the original service experience had matched the sales experience, this would have been a five-star review. Although the initial service fell short, I appreciate Ben taking responsibility and addressing the problems. That response deserves to be part of this review, too.

I went into the REI in Colorado Springs around 5:00PM looking to do a ski boot fitting and David…read moreoffered to start the process right away. He had a great personality, willingness to help, and very knowledgeable. Long story short --We did all the boot fitting process (measurements, standing in place, baking the boots, talking about fit and feel) and narrowed it down to the Atomic Hawx which was a significant improvement from my current boots and much needed on my end for performance and fit. David did mention the need for having bindings that were Grip Walk compatible which I didn't know if my binding had that but I had them in my car so I brought them in later on. Now after the boots were molded, fitted, and amazing we started the binding conversation. My current bindings were not compatible with Grip Walk boots and the problem solving started. Megan and Chris they worked their magic and troubleshooted the Grip-Walkless binding situation I was in and problem solved with another pair of Atomic boots that still had the Alpine Soles as they were out of the spare parts in the stock room. I greatly appreciated the above and beyond service, friendliness, and overall care for me as a customer and the extra steps everyone took to go above and beyond. As someone who has worked in retail, I can appreciate and understand the stress and impact the job has on you and I would like to give kudos to David, Chris, and Megan. You made my experience unforgettable, I felt extremely valued during my time with all of you and I can't wait to use my new boots this weekend. Thank you so much! I will be absolutely share my experience at REI with others and recommend they go there for any ski related needs.

I actually came here to get some ideas for hiking pants I want for Christmas and am so glad I did, I got one added to my list! We aren't online shopping this year so it's perfect!
