Senior Move Managers specialize in organizing, sorting, donating and prioritizing the transition process and then setting up at the destination (if it's within a certain area - if not there are many across the country). Her biggest help was finding an actual moving company. She has worked with Dave at Navis Pack and Ship in Lakeland, FL and made the introduction. Small towns generally don't have competing businesses and sometimes don't have the business at all that you need so having an alternative is great. Susan was so wonderful. Just knowing she was there to answer questions was a relief. I'm hoping this review will further compensate for her time and caring and help other families who need a specialist.

We started noticing that our bins were not getting emptied consistently every month but we were getting billed for it. After multiple calls with the billing department we were able to get copies that showed the driver signed off that the bins were picked up and emptied but were not signed by any of our employees. 3 years later they are still disputing the bill which will never get paid as I have proof of fraudulent billing on their end. They are horrible to deal with and would not recommend using them. We have since found a wonderful company to use who are dependent and show up every month.
