Our experience with Ted's Right Touch Plumbing could not have been better. We have a rather…read moreexpensive granite-composite undermount sink in our kitchen; I got a call one day from my wife saying that the corner of the sink had just broken out when she set a pan in it. I researched to find the nearest dealer and ordered a replacement from a Castle Rock plumbing supply. At that time, I asked if the plumbing supply had anyone they could recommend to replace the sink. She gave me a couple of names, the first of which did not respond. The second company that I tried contacting was Ted Horton's and he responded right away. We made tentative arrangements to have him remove the old sink and install the new one. He even offered to come out and temporarily shore up the sink if we needed and also offered to pick up the sink on his way out to our house. When the sink arrived, Ted came out for the removal. When he had successfully removed the sink in (mostly) one piece, he discovered that the plumbing supplier had ordered the wrong sink. Since the lead time on getting that particular sink is a couple of weeks, Ted fashioned a temporary sink for us and reconnected the dishwasher for us so that we didn't have to take loads of dishes down the stairs to a slop sink in the basement. Ted took the sink he had removed to the plumbing supply to ensure that the correct one was ordered. When the new sink arrived, we called Ted and he again picked up and delivered the new sink. They had it installed and working perfectly in a couple of hours. Ted's experience, work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile was top notch, to say the least! On top of that, his prices were very reasonable, given the level of experience and extra services he provided. I rarely take the time to leave a review, but I highly recommend Ted's Right Touch Plumbing if you are in need of outstanding service and quality work!

Although the work they did in installing a new furnace was satisfactory (although a bit expensive),…read morethe real problem is they didn't finish the job. They never filed the permit at regionals to show that it was done by a licensed professional. Of course I didn't know this until I was trying to sell my home almost 2 years later and the inspector caught it. I then tried to get a hold of them every day for a week with 0 response. I left plenty of messages, but to no avail. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

I *TRUST* ArkEHC, and they've handled extensive work in my home, beautifully. Bill is the owner, and he's also a pastor, and he's also taught/trained numerous technicians, ensuring all permits are pulled for all work, and all work is performed up-to-code, should you wish to sell your home, and/or simply feel safe living in it yourself. Ashley is wonderful with scheduling and organizing everything, Brandon is wonderful for HVAC (as was Caleb, who has also helped me with my furnace), and Jacob is a wonderful electrician. All personnel are also wonderful, ethical, friendly, helpful people, who treat customers with respect/fairness, and explain / provide options for all equipment. I've hired ArkEHC to: - maintain my new furnace - maintain my old 1997 Central AC - install a new Mitsubishi Mini Split (with heat pump) in my primary bedroom - replace/change the service of my entire electrical panel (which was identified as a fire hazard in my retroactive home inspection) - complete extensive electrical repairs/upgrades, to get my home up-to-code Totaling well over $17K, and every dollar was worth it - my choice - and they explained the work to me ahead of time, answering all my questions. ArkEHC is easily one of my most trusted contractors, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I also have a quote from them to replace my central AC unit once it fails.
