Rolf was very kind to me and patient in explaining that the format wasn't correct and walked me through what needed to be corrected. When I had my cards all set to go they printed them out immediately and I was able to pick them up a few hours later, same day! The price was below what I was expecting. I'll be returning!

We requested support for an issue for which they want us to pay $$$ and then there is no discussion of what is covered in those $$$. There is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from them. They have also sealed ALL PORTS on the device, so that no one else can figure out what is wrong with the device. We were assured when we bought that no more service package needs to be bought after the first year. Our device worked ONLY for 16 months and now we have zero response from their team. DO NOT invest in this company.
