Never Touch It SHORT HINT:…read moreCall 877-463-3032 to cancel and ask for refund. This one is live service rather than robot. LONG COMPLAIN: They will give you some quite attractive price for magazines firstly, maybe when you are buying something else. And they promise you will be reminded before they bill you for the next subscription. Then after one year or so you will be billed secretly WITHOUT A HINT. Probably you can't notice it like I did. Then finally you may notice it because something is billed to your credit card which you never use, like I did. And you can see a phone number attached with the bill. How sweet! And you called, it's an automatic robot who is not so intelligent and you have no choice. You googled a lot and found the homepage of it and a human answered service number. You called, and they would say, CONGRATULATIONS! we will offer you a great deal of $2 for 30 issues! and we WILL notice you before next subscription! well, well, I don't know what you choice is, all I said is, just cancel it, remove my info, and have a nice day!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more This company is involved in deceptive magazine subscriptions. DO NOT USE THEM. They go by several different names but are all owned by the Synapse group. It is next to impossible to cancel your "discount" magazine subscriptions once you've given them payment info. I have never regretted trying to save a few bucks s much as I regret signing up for this service. HOW IT WORKS: 1. You sign up once for discounted magazines: One of those "Get 30 issues of Real Simple for only $2!" or something like that (the offer is usually for more than 1) 2. They "send you a postcard" confirming you want to continue after your trial subscription is over at "Full price" ( I never got the 1st postcard... but ok maybe I missed it or thought it was junk) 3. They start auto charging you for the magazines at $20 - $50 a magazine 4. You call to cancel: They cancel those magazines but auto sign you up for other magazines (also the automated system is rigged - you have to say cancel 3 times to get through the system and even if you carefully select the option to fully cancel - that apparently does not work, you also have to go through it separately for each magazine 1 at a time - there is no way to just cancel everything) 5. You think its over and then you find a junk postcard that in small type says you're signed up for new magazines 6. You call to cancel AGAIN.... They call it a "Continuous Service System" but what it really is - is a deceptive practice that is hard to get rid of and potentially impossible to fully remove once they have your payment info. They count on the fact that the charges are small and most people do not review their statements in detail every month. When I canceled - I found 3 different "800" numbers and finally got through to speak with a person who promised my subscriptions had all been canceled and there were no new subscriptions coming - yet I just got a postcard in the mail which looked like junk mail - claiming I had auto signed up for 2 more magazines that would automatically by charged to my credit card. I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. This includes: TWX, NewSub, NSS Mag. They are all front companies owned by Synapse. The worst part - is they pass your info back and forth between the fake companies so its difficult to track. For example: My latest postcard was from "NewSub LLC" but the previous charges on my account were from "TWX" so they are all essentially the same company. Please do no buy from this company.

I work for a union in Brooklyn and we've been printing with Radix for about a year and a half now…read more They always deal with my last minute panicked orders and always seem to make things look even better before they get printed. Also, they're just good folks in general.

Really wanted to give these guys a good review but 2nd time using them, they added an extra logo…read moreinto our event poster/flyer without explicitly telling us they did it. An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.
