Our son was 3 at the time of our wedding so it was challenging to take pictures with him but they had a lot of patience with him and all the photos turned out beautiful. Yes, everyone needs to start somewhere but I am not sure utilizing them for your BIG day is a wise move for the following reasons: Communication. They made it seem like they were/are the busiest photographers in the world-- so much so that they cannot respond to a text or email for days if not weeks. When you're planning your big day, communication is everything. Creativeness. On the day of, Johanna provided no real creative direction and we were left to come up with different poses and photo ops. In fact, there were several special moments I wanted photographed that she either missed or failed to capture. Actual content received. Johanna was present at our reception for over 5 hours and there is maybe ONE decent photo while we are all seated at dinner. I expected to see photos of every table and especially several photos from the table me and my husband sat at. Instead, there's about three photos of me and my husband at our table. There isn't even one photo of the entire table with the bride and groom's parents. Moving onto the dancing, there are also minimal photos. I danced for five hours straight and the content received shows me in maybe 10 photos with friends and guests. In fact, I danced for an entire song with my husband's sister and there isn't ONE photo to reflect it. Again, everyone needs to start somewhere and Johanna and Q. seem to be very nice but I, unfortunately, am disappointed with the photos of my wedding reception. ALSO, no sneak peek was provided. I hired a photographer for my wedding ceremony that was on a different day and she provided us with a sneak peek within 3 days. Experience is everything and when it's your big day, everything matters.

We had a christening ceremony on the beach and it was a bit windy with sounds of the waves, as well as several different people speaking but he was able to utilize all his audio equipment and editing skills to capture everything including adding our music in afterwards when necessary. He handled our family group very well (including several elderly members) and the kids felt at ease in front of his camera as well which was the most impressive since we now have high quality footage for my young daughter to look back on as a keepsake for all time! Thank you so much!

Andre happened to be one of the first people I contacted, and he was the first person who replied. His price was more than fair and the samples I had seen on his Website and Facebook page were excellent, so I went with his company. He was great. I have four small children, and he worked very well with them. We got great pictures for a great price. He had them edited and sent us a digital copy by the next day. When my business was looking for a photographer for a big anniversary event we were having, I quickly recommended Andre Fox. It was a short notice job, and Andre already had a few jobs booked that day but he managed to squeeze us in. Again, every was perfect. He showed up on time, he got the shots we asked for, and because of some issues at the event (which had nothing to do with Andre) he offered to stay longer at to get some better shots at no extra charge. Pictures of the event were edited and digitally sent to us within a few days. I have recommended Andre to family and friends, and I highly recommended him to you.

He has this calm, warm, but still very professional energy that made me feel like we were in such good hands. I remember thinking he was exactly the kind of person you want around you on your wedding day...Someone who will get incredible photos but also make the whole experience feel natural and fun. Our wedding had multiple locations across LA, and none of it ever seemed to stress him out. He just rolled with everything, stayed flexible, and was so kind and respectful to everyone throughout the entire day. And the photos... I truly can't get over them. They're beautiful, happy and bright, but also captured the emotion and sacredness of the day in a way that means so much to me. They feel like us, which is all I could have wanted. I would recommend Trevor to anyone without hesitation. He's truly a gem. Here are a few sneaks!

I spent the whole day going back and forth with their rep (Ole) about our wedding package and pricing. They assured us they had availability on our date and even sent over the contract. But just as we were getting ready to send in the deposit check and sign, they dropped the bombshell: our date was no longer available because it had been booked by someone else. This left us scratching our heads, especially since we were just about to seal the deal and had sent the contract in literally seconds before they hit us with this news. We were hoping for better transparency, especially when we were in the midst of finalizing everything on our end the same day. Plus, it would've been nice to get quicker responses to our questions throughout our communication, which I believe would have sped up this process in its entirety. Why send us a contract if someone is in the middle of booking the same date and tell us it's available (same day)? Overall my husband and I are very disappointed and had higher expectations given their reputation.

Our engagement shoot was located in Laguna Beach and the wedding was located in Newport Beach, CA. We had an engagement shoot with another photographer before that we did not like whatsoever, so we decided to do another one which came with the package we selected from Mark. He was very accommodating from the get-go. He was also very responsive to all of our emails and calls. I was impressed with his level of responsive-ness. This is very critical when planning a wedding with little time to spare. I also really liked his communication style. He listened well and made us feel comfortable in discussing our questions, comments and concerns. I felt like his pricing was very reasonable for his knowledge and quality of work. He sends out a survey to help with understanding the essential shots you need and the style you are going for. He does all the thinking for you so that you don't need to-he is also very gracious in trying to understand your culture/traditions. We had a fusion wedding with American and Iranian elements and he was very respectful in capturing it all. He was able to give us previews of our engagement photos very quickly and we could tell we would already be happy with the wedding photos after seeing these. He has a good eye for angles. He also had great videography skills. We were super happy with our wedding video! He packaged everything in cute boxes and had a lot of nice touches. His packages include many options, but most include large easel print outs, a gorgeous metal frame of your choosing, and photos in a keepsake box. He also has the most up to date equipment and we were able to add a drone to capture the ceremony. He has other photographers and videographers on his crew to help out too. I would highly recommend Mark Laing for any of your photography needs. He is a true professional and has now become a friend.
