Every time I emailed them to reschedule they were incredibly understanding and empathetic. She took all the money before the session started and totally dumped our rare, once-in-a-lifetime family gathering, including our daughter's first photo shoot. The photographer promised delivery within three weeks but has since ignored all calls and emails. It's been 40 days, and we've received nothing.
