My daughter goes to a very small private high school, and the studio assigned to her school would not take her senior photos until December, but I needed them done sooner. That studio totally refused to work with me! I called Monarchs, and they were happy to accommodate us! Whew! Had our photos done quickly, and easily, & could not have been easier or more pleased. They are.... ok. It's a well-oiled machine for school pictures. No personal attention, they shuffle people through as fast as possible & charge a fortune for what you get. Pics weren't bad, but I probably wouldn't go back there again. You're just one in a long line of people. Get in, get out, next! Plus, there is no online viewing of proofs, so you have to make 3 trips out there. Once for the session, once to pick the picture you want & a third time to actually pick up the print. Took my neice to take her senior pictures today . Receptionist was super sweet and asked if we wanted to come along when it was time to take her pictures & of course we said yes. When the photographer came out to get her we got up to go along and she said " oh she's just gonna change , I'll come out to get you when we're gonna take the pictures " 20 minutes later and nothing - neice comes out and pictures have already been taken. What was the point in asking if we wanted to go in ?!? And when my neice asked for us - they said " ummm just to watch ? " well YEAH ! she's only going to take these pictures ONCE ! Receptionist asked if we wanted to take more I know it's not her fault , but more communication is needed - or simply don't ask ! read more

I absolutely loved Laura! She came and shot photos of me and everyone at our salon! I have had previous experiences where I didn't have much direction and felt awkward but this was so different. Laura was so instructive and precise. None of us felt like we didn't know what to do. We all got a perfect shot in under an hour and we all looked great. She seemed to find the perfect lighting and make us all look flawless. AND on top of that we had photos in what felt like no time. I can't wait for later this year when we have to take photos again. The studio itself is very cute and inviting. There's a really nice seating area in the front and the dressing rooms are large. There are a lot of options in terms of backgrounds to choose from, and the fact that you can take pictures with your pets is pretty awesome. I think the only thing that might deter people is the price of some of the packages, but don't let it! The pictures that you get are absolutely amazing quality and will be staple decorations in your home for years to come. Monarch also offers a variety of packages to choose from so you can always get what you need for a price that works for you. The photographers are friendly and attentive and always make sure that you look your best, be that asking you to pose slightly differently or coming over to fix your hair or makeup before taking a shot. They want you to look as good as you possibly can. I have honestly never seen a bad picture from this studio, and I've come here a lot, not just for senior pictures. read more

For my sons senior graduations I had to take my son here and the packets are very exspensive and not that many poses smaller packet is 190.00 2 posses idk maybe the product is super pricey but I can only imagine but i do have to say parents worth it for graduation definitely do a amazing job read more

Over priced and the photographer really didn't seem to care that we paid for her time,she seemed irritated when i asked a question about some of the school props needed for the cap and gown photos.when the time came to see the photos we were not impressed . if you want some decent poses you need to pay more. I took my senior pictures here. It was an awesome experience. The lady was very nice. Taking the pictures was so much fun! It was easy, fast and fashionable! The wind blowing in my hair and the small outfit for the photos was comfortable. This is a very professional studio and is at a decent price. The pictures they take are so worth it!
