We've been traveling France and Spain for a week and should have known that our best meal on the trip would be authentic Italian. I had called ahead to be sure they were open unlike the other restaurants we drove to, and the owner was exceptionally accommodating with reserving us a table, treating us with great service, and the food (local cider, homemade pasta, and dessert samples) was amazing (coming from two who know our Italian cuisine!).
