Second visit today. The first meal was outstanding. Did not think it could be topped, til…read moretoday. I think if I make my way through the entire menu it will continue like that because each dish is at least as good as the previous or better.
I've sampled the truffle tagliatelle, beet salad ( app), pizza bread, the onion soup, Rosa salad (skip this one), spaghetti carbonara and their version of chicken piccata, crème brûlée, pecan cake, panda cotta ( least favorite) and straccitelli ice cream. Each dish was superb.
The ambiance is just right, plenty of room, inside and outside dining. Outside has articulated umbrellas that keep everyone in the shade and propane heating towers for the chilly nights. Inside there's plenty of space between the tables to keep conversations private with the main room not to big and the adjacent room nice enough to not feel like Siberia with its own view of the courtyard dining and fountain. The music is jazzy and contemporary and the sound level is just right.
Ladies rooms are thoughtfully appointed. Valet parking.
This place is a must.
