Bob's quite literally saved me thousands of dollars. I had been dealing with an issue on my car for…read moremonths where the car would not shift properly. The first mechanic I took it to could not figure out the issue. The second one, a dealer, told me I needed a complete replacement, quoting me over 7 grand. When I took it to Bob's, the guy drove it hundreds of miles trying to figure out the issue, but couldn't get the problem to replicate. He explained the code he was getting and why he could not, "in good conscience," sell me a new transmission. He recommended I wait it out a bit longer so they could get the issue to replicate. Well, I'm glad they recommended that! He explained they believed it was a faulty sensor, that was it! Just a little under $500 fix, when the other mechanic assured me that it needed to be replaced for over $7.5k. He was honest, explaining that they couldn't be 100% certain, but they were fairly sure the sensor replacement would solve the issue. They saved me $7k. As a college student trying to pay my way through college, that extra $7k will help pay for my education and reduce the amount of loans I have to take out. I cannot thank them enough for troubleshooting and doing their jobs exceptionally well with consideration for my financial and personal circumstances. The care, compassion, and honesty Bob's showed me is unmatched. For any issues in the future, I'll be giving them a call, and I recommend anyone reading this do the same.

We will never be returning. All of this on top of $140 to look under our car to see what was wrong and not apply it to the repair, when the tow employee had already diagnosed in 5 min. They overcharge and customer service is terrible.

The last diagnosis a friend of mine received, she was told she needed a radiator & coolant reservoir after her hose came or broke off her reservoir, so they did replace those hoses and she was overfilling her reservoir and causing it to over fill which she thought was her Radiator leaking, now the reservoir had a nipple that looks if they had jigged it back together, but her Radiator was bone dry. She believed their prediction and still isn't convinced they were incorrect. I suggest any big repairs get a second opinion, no matter how nice they are those part changers (they call mechanics) are making money off you. Only True Professionals are Certified Mechanics at Dealerships and/or ASE Certifications at Independent Shops. Billy, the manager, gave me a quote and told him to let me know if and when I'd want them replaced and he'd have it taken care of. After my oil change, which might I add was quick and efficient, I ran some errands. While I was out, I contacted Billy and asked how quickly I could have it done. He went ahead and ordered the tires because he knew I'd need them eventually and said we could get it taken care of today and the tires should arrive close to 1. I got a call around a quarter till 1 that they arrived and he said I could come on through. Despite this being a Saturday, which I'm assuming is their busiest day of the week, they were able to get me in and out. I've been coming here for years and the level of service has never wavered. Billy and crew have always been kind, courteous, and respectful, and I appreciate their honesty and attention to detail when dealing with my car. Thank you for the amazing service!

HAPPY #ServiceStarShoutOut DAY, Y'ALL!…read more Listen, I have really bad luck with tires. I am always running over a nail or something else that requires a patch or sometimes (unfortunately), a whole new tire. It's a curse. We really love a local spot that's close to our house, but found ourselves in a real pickle the Friday before the Fourth of July weekend. We had a tire losing air, and they couldn't get us in until Monday because they were so busy. That's when I gave Henry's a call. Charles was so nice on the phone, and didn't even flinch when I asked if they could look at it and make a potential repair by the end of the day. I went and dropped it off right away, and they were so great with communication; without a few hours, they had found the culprit, patched it, and gave me a call to come pick it up. The whole thing cost $25 - I guess that's pretty standard for a patch, but it's definitely the least amount of money I've ever spent on a car repair. We will absolutely be using Henry's in the future and I'm so grateful for their professionalism and how quick they got us take care of!

Phil finishes helping first guy and then immediately asks second guy how he can help him. I let him finish helping second guy and when he asks me how he can help me I'm in complete disbelief. I asked him why he helped him before me and his response was "because he used to be the owner". I then tell him that I'm not sure if I want to give them my business and he says "fine you can leave, I don't have to help you". We exchanged a few more words and I left but that level of blatant racism was completely distasteful and I'll never return there. Hope this helps someone else that's thinking about giving this establishment their hard earned money.
