I made an emergency maintenance request at 1a on 7/14, and the answering service told me that Omar, the maintenance Sup, informed he couldn't give a time when maintenance will come. I called the emergency service again at 718a, and waited (24 minutes call) for the answering service to call 3 techs; none answered, and she left 2 vmails. I left a vmail for the office at 742a. Never heard from anyone. Omar, who was on call, should have come to check out the problem; at least start a diagnosis, and offer some interim relief until it could be furthered examined, via the roof, in the daylight. I'm aware that during regular hours on Monday, the Sup had the techs work on routine things, as priority over my a/c being out in 90+ degree temp. Others were having problems also, and I wonder if they were disregarded in the same manner. Poor maintenance management and sorry customer service! I went to the office at 1020a (they open at 10) and informed Olivia of not receiving any assistance to address not having any a/c. Had her call Omar, and he told her someone will come that morning. It was already 1020a. Well, no one came, until over 13 hours after I placed the emergency call. By then, it was late afternoon. The new tech, Monty, is very professional , knowledgeable and customer-service oriented. He recognized the compressor is out, and tried to see if he could get nitrogen to remove the restriction in the line. He called Omar who said he would send a vendor. Still, Omar wasn't even trying to resolve the problem for my sake. Monty provided floor standing a/c units, as he was not allowed to work overtime, and stated he would be back the next day, which he did, and he continued to work toward a resolution. He communicated with me and called me every step of the way at the end of the days to let me know what he'd done, and what will be done the next day, until the compressor was resolved. Very professional. The two weeks prior, I had made 2 maintenance requests, days apart because my a/c was not cooling properly; as though something was wrong with the temperature control, and it ran constantly, either not cooling to a lower temp as set, As a or not stopping when I increased the temp because it got too cold. Omar told me each time that he would call me about what he'd done to resolve it, and he never did. My electric bill was a lot higher than usual in this level of heat as a result. Come to find out, it was the restriction in the line (that Omar missed) that caused the compressor to go out this past week. So now, I will have another high electric bill, because the temporary floor standing a/c units ran non-stop in order to maintain the desired temp. for 5 days. AMLI SHOULD COMPENSATE ME FOR THAT, AND FOR EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; LACK OF INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM BY MGMT. WHAT'S REALLY BAD, THAT ADDED INSULT TO INJURY, WAS THE PROPERTY MGR'S (Sandy) WORDS TO ME when I called to inform how unprofessional and poorly, inappropriately my emergency a/c request was handled. Not once did she apologize, but she told me 3x "we handle maintenance requests in order of priority." So, she told me that my a/c being out in 90+ degree heat was not a priority. Keep in mind, there are several maintenance techs, and routine work was assigned instead of my priority lack of a/c in 90+ degree temps! read more

Work staff entered my private apartment without permission and on one occasion emptied my entire closet without telling me and left it like that. When I moved out they hit me with a couple of costs which were not my fault including a carpet replacement which they claimed had lost 643 days of life. Further problems include lack of communication with residents. They do not inform you when loud construction work is going on above you preventing you from working. Also over the July 4th holiday when the weather was extremely hot I was forced to move out for 10 days because it took them 10 days to fix it. Zero compensation - my holiday plans were ruined and I was forced to live somewhere else at my own expense. I also had mail go missing including important documents. read more

AMLI Parkside - A maintenance guy emptied my entire closet without telling me and didn't put anything back. - Apartments Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

1. Appliances that do not work are replaced with appliances from other units. I was told this directly by maintenance. 2. Every resident's packages are delivered to the same room where they can be easily stolen. I have seen packages astray in the building, and a personal package of mine, worth nearly a $1,000 was misplaced. I received misleading information from management about the incident. 3. I suspect there was an unauthorized entry from maintenance into my apartment. It appeared my thermostat had been replaced, and the air was not working. 4. Recently, my air was not working for several nights in a row. 5. The building experiences random power outages and fire alarms. 6. There are pests inside and rodents on the outside of the building. 7. The front desk gives misleading information, and it took them over a week to connect me with a community manager, who they at first claimed did not have an individual email. Almost all my points are also addressed in reviews others have recently shared, in the past two weeks it appears on Google Reviews. read more

I have lived at AMLI Parkside for three years and it has been my favorite apartment complex to live in. The location is amazing. The amenities are fun, clean, and convenient. First timing moving away from home (KY) and moving to the big city. I wanted a location that was central to the Beltline, restaurants, bars, parks, the airport, downtown, etc. THIS WAS THE PLACE! Yes, the rent made my heart stop (compared to my mortgage in Louisville). However, I was prepared to pay for the location, amenities, security, etc. The amenities are top notch: great fitness center, good size pool, package room for those amazon prime deliveries, secured parking garage, secured entrances around the entire grounds, quick responding maintenance team, free fitness classes offered, free Starbucks coffee in business center, and the list continues. If you're willing to pay, this is the spot for you. Amazing place for my first year in Atlanta. read more

I've lived in many apartment complexes in Atlanta and this is by far the best apartment complex for many reasons. 1. The leasing office and maintenance staff are great (Nicole & Trig are the best!!!!). They are transparent, responsive and get stuff done. 2. Maintenance does a great job fixing any issues and maintaining the actual property 3. the tenants in this apartment complex are chill, friendly and are good neighbors 4. This is the most dog friendly area Lastly, there is a sense of a community here. The leasing office hosts great events like a concert at the pool or a Halloween costume contest for the pets. Tenants are engaged and the staff follows. Highly recommend this spot, especially if you want to live here year over year. read more

AMLI Parkside enters my apartment without my permission and providing no notice. They don't even leave a note to say they were there. It is offensive and unsafe and it needs to stop. No matter how many times or in how many formats (written, oral) I expressly request that they set up a time with me to fix a maintenance request so that I can be present while maintenance is in my apartment, they are simply unwilling or unable to do so. I first requested to be present in writing in the maintenance request that I submitted on the online portal that they require us to use. Then I received a voicemail message from a maintenance person stating they were calling me in response to my maintenance request, and that I should call them back at a certain phone number. I called back within minutes to learn that the phone number provided was to the leasing office's answering machine. So I left a message reiterating that I was calling to arrange a time for them to come so that I can be present when they are in my apartment. AMLI Parkside completely disregarded my express requests and elected to deny me the dignity of being present when strange men enter in my home. As a result, my dog urinated all over the floor, apparently, as I learned when I got home to find that someone had been in my residence without alerting me or even leaving a note announcing their presence. How much will AMLI try to charge me for the cost of cleaning the urination stains they caused when I move out? My dog is 50% of the reason I request the dignity of being present in my living space when people I do not know are availing themselves of it. The other 50% is because even Georgia law affords a tenant the right and the dignity to be present when a landlord enters an apartment to fix non-emergency things. And I happen to want to exercise my right. But AMLI will not let me. This is the 2nd time - out of the two times I've requested maintenance - that AMLI has disregarded my express invocation of my right to be present. That's a 100% fail rate, AMLI. To be fair, I'd like to point out some of the upsides of AMLI Parkside. They do properly fix the things you've requested when they enter your apartment without you there against your wishes. They respond to both of the maintenance requests I've ever had within 24 hours. They don't send as many inane/junk mail/community activities and updates emails as many other apartment complexes. Although the leasing office has never actually answered the phone when I've called, the people I met in the leasing office when I first moved in were fine and the folks at the 1-855-number that you're more likely to get on the phone than the onsite folks are nice enough. It's just bizarre and a bit creepy that prefer to be in your apartment alone than to respect your legal rights and express wishes. read more

I moved in last May and have enjoyed getting to know the Property managers and team! Everyone is so helpful and kind, not to mention super dog-friendly! I've only had one very minor, non-urgent maintenance request that was addressed within matter of hours. Appreciate the community events they put on to encourage socializing and networking! I lived at AMLI Parkside for 2 years. It is a nice complex with good amenities including a pool. The location is fantastic. However, the management of the building is rather poor. For over 3 months, the gate to the garage was malfunctioning and tenants had their cars and motorcycles vandalized. On a regular basis, the elevators would go out of service. Last, and perhaps most frustratingly, the walls are extremely thin. AMLI allows tenants on the top floor to remove their carpet, which creates for extreme amounts of noise coming from upstairs, rattling lamps and making it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, management (Victor) were rather unresponsive to our complaints throughout the two years. Overall, great location but certainly also some downsides to living at AMLI Parkside. read more

I was told recently by Amli Parkside that the more income I had, the more they would have leverage on my credit so if you have the minimum income which is about three times the rent and your credit score is not that well, you may be denied. Sounds illegal. The elevators were broken everywhere and the agent took 30 mins of us walking the property to show a unit because she kept getting lost. I asked how long had she been working there and she said a year. She didn't know the floor plans nor did she know her way around. A maintenance man had to help her find the unit that she was going to show us. He was very helpful and got all of us to the right unit. read more

AMLI Parkside: Live Somewhere Else. I moved out of AMLI Parkside a month ago. And let me tell you: If you like living with money-grubbing corporate ghouls, you'll love this place. From the second we signed the lease, we've been burdened with nonsensical 'administrative fees', horrible customer service, and paper-thin walls. You even have to pay for your own electronic key fobs ($50 a pop). AMLI is a national holding company of apartment complexes, so it's no surprise that policy trumps tenant need. Rent's a day late because of banking issues? Policy says that's an extra $50. The Interiors: I lived in AMLI's 'Journey' floorplan: the largest plan in the complex gets you a 1200-square-foot box outfitted with shitty carpet (which irreparably snagged the first day we moved in, the complex is charging us to replace all carpet regardless of damage), and marginal fixtures. Both bathrooms and kitchen are outfitted with granite countertops and undersunk sinks. They're pretty nice, easy to clean. The rooms and bedrooms are chock-full of weird wall angles--a jigsaw of 'space-saving' design that only yields unusable wall space and makes furniture a pain in the ass to move in. AMLI's in the Old 4th Ward, located 2 just blocks east of Boulevard--humble home to crack houses, drive-by shootings, armed robbery, and some of the worst violence in the city. If you love police chases on your street, once again, you'll love AMLI. The managers of the complex will be quick to tell you crime has subsided, or merely doesn't reach AMLI Parkside. Within a few weeks of moving in, there were multiple cars broken into INSIDE the secure parking garage. Homeless people were found sleeping in tenants' cars. And multiple people were mugged at AMLI Old 4th Ward a few blocks away. If crime doesn't scare you, maybe the Atlanta Dream Center will. Haven't heard of the Atlanta Dream Center? Think of it as Scientology for beginners. The church uses the north side of the complex on Angier Ave as its personal parking lot, event space, and weekly rap battles and Christian battles of the bands (seriously). Oh and who could forget Jesusween (righteous halloween)? The event clogged the street for the better part of a day. If you love loud hordes of churchgoers waking you up on the weekend, AMLI is right up your alley. Epilogue: I moved out of AMLI over a month ago now, and they're still going to make me pay to recarpet the entire unit (including carpet that wasn't damaged) OR send me to collections. Bottom Line: Move into AMLI if you like nice sinks, granite countertops, gang violence, Christian rap battles (whether you want to hear them or not), Paper-thin walls, douchey neighbors, and police manhunts on your street. Spend your money somewhere else. AMLI will get you coming and going. read more

I have lived here for over a year and have been very impressed with the kindness and responsiveness of the staff. It really feels like home. I moved during COVID, new to Atlanta, as an Emory grad student, and it could not have been a more welcoming place. The amenities are great as is the service and location. I've lived here for a little over a year and just signed a lease on another apartment here. Overall, my experience has been fantastic. The front office staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, and the service and repair staff are some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. I've lived in Los Angeles, NYC, and other major cities similar to Atlanta and I've rarely encountered a front office as well put together as the one here at Amli Parkside. Guest complaints about rent increasing are valid. This property started out at much lower rent levels (think $1,200 for a two bedroom) but that was before the Old 4th Ward Park was finished, the Belt Line Parkway was opened, and Ponce City Market started developing. As the neighborhood gentrifies and changes, the rents are going to marginally increase. That being said, none of the increases seemed unreasonable to me, and their price/value still far exceeds anything else in the Inman Park/Highlands area of town. Over the past year, there have been a handful of crime-related incidents, mostly valuables left in cars parked out on the street. Since the parking garage related issues almost a year ago, there's been a substantial increase in neighborhood police patrols and resident security officers (Atlanta PD) who live at and periodically patrol the complex. I've been very happy with the front office response to the crime the complex saw a year ago. I lived in a street level unit that opens right up to Ralph McGill, had a balcony full of nice furniture, a garden, etc. and never encountered any issues. The old carpet one resident complained about was definitely an issue, but they've since replaced the carpet in nearly all of the units with a nicer and more durable material. Had the new carpet in both units and never ran into any issues. All in all, it's a great place to live, I'm very happy to sign another lease, and I've recommended it to plenty of friends. read more

After living here for almost a year, I can say that I've enjoyed living at Amli Parkside. PROs *Office Staff Nicole and Stephen are very helpful and polite. In all of the apartments that I've stayed at, Parkside is the only place where the leasing staff has remembered my name. It's the little things! *The Building and Amenities Very well kept apartments and amenities. The gym and pool areas are very well maintained. *Maintenance Workorders are completed in a very timely manner. CONs *Neighbors This is most likely is not true for all residents, but my neighbors were less than desirable. ON multiple occasions, I've been accused of excessive noise making and such by my neighbors. Being the person that I am, I can honestly say that I could not of been the source (LOL?). Building on the neighbors topic, every resident at Parkside seems to keep to themselves...almost to the point of being snobby and pretentious. If you are a younger person moving to ATL and you want to live in a "cool" part of town, I'd recommend Parkside as an option! Given the location in O4W, be prepared to shell out some $$$! However, in the grand scheme of things, it somehow seems like you get what you pay for here. read more

My husband and I are living at AMLI Parkside for 6 months while our home in Morningside is being renovated. We love the layout of the one bedroom unit. Though small, we have room for everything we need, including us, two cats, and a king sized bed. Except for no under counter lights, the kitchen is great....surprisingly roomy and easy to work in, and storage is more than adequate. We eat most meals on the balcony, which manages to feel private but also affords an incredible view. Thanks to big windows and glass door, the apartment is always bright and airy, even on a gloomy day. Best of all is the location! It's across the street from 4th Ward Park, blocks from Park City Market, Crog Street Market, the Atlanta Beltline, Inman Park, MLK historic district, Lotta Fruitta and the coolest little rockin R & B church (where we got off our bikes and danced outside the window) Bantam Bar, Amazza Pizza and Thumbs Up Diner. We ride our bikes everywhere...and feel safe because there are so many friendly people out and about. We love to eat out, but decisions on where to go are becoming more and more difficult, what with 3 or 4 cool new restaurants opening every week. I rarely need a car for anything, even groceries. I decided to write this review because of some bad reviews I read. It seems evident that AMLI has heard the complaints and taken steps to improve service. We sleep with our window open, but when we moved in the garage exit door 3 floors below, woke us up screeching every time it opened. A couple days after we complained welders were on the job. Problem solved! Yesterday morning I requested service on our shower head, the ceiling fan and the sink stopper. All three were fixed by the time we got home that evening. READ BEFORE LEASING HERE I was a resident for this property for 2 years, but want to say I feel kinda disappointed by this company. Employees threatened to fight I got to the property from work, i parked the car in the parking garage, because I was tired I stayed in the car for few minutes. I fell asleep, 1 hour later one of the employees ( Maintenance ) parked his car one inch from my door, locking me. Then he came to me with an aggressive tone of voice asking me to move my car. I told him I parked correctly the one that has to move is him because I need to get out. Then he wanted to start a fight and started telling me he works here and he can evict me from my apartment. I went to the leasing office, I talked to the manager and the manager told me he will take care of that and he will contact me - to this day I'm still waiting for his call. It doesn't matter anymore because I just moved today. Service request In July 2019 I requested a service to change on of the lights of the apartment, is a special light, one of the guys told me you have to request a service, I told him I did. Long story short I did the same request for 5 weeks NO ANSWER. Lights inside the apartment were changed 43 days before we moved. Maintenance guys Very nice guys. Leasing for another property My partner and I were interested in moving to another property in the same building, we did all the process and then after last minute they said we can't move to that property because the calendar year started, but you can renew the lease for the same unit or move to another unit but not to the one we wanted to move. We asked why? They said because " THATS HOWS THE SYSTEM WORKS " we decided to read the lease and the lease doesn't say anything about " HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS " the lease say we can transfer to another unit and renew the lease for that unit at the end of our current unit lease, and if we want to transfer to another unit before the lease ended we have to pay a fine of $500. We also gave the lease to a real estate agent to read to explain if we were wrong on something, he did find nothing about what the leasing person said. BUT WE FOUND OUT THEY GAVE THE PROPERTY TO AN EMPLOYEE. Leasing agent at this property I will call this people hyenas, when they lie to you so many times and the get caught they try to avoid you no matter what. Moving out fees This people charge you for fees and services that people are not even using. They will give excuses to justify the fees. Also how come we have to pay $164.00 on water bill, from June 1 to June 15, when we pay $54-70 a month?? The area is lovely and nice. This Amli thing hmmm hmmmm noooo ! read more

I have really enjoyed living at this community. My dog loves that we are right on the park! It's close to everything I might want or need. My interactions with the community manager and leasing agents have been excellent. Maintenance is always fast and helpful. They have handled the a Covid situation as well as can be expected and I greatly appreciate that I always see them around with masks on. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend this apartment building. read more

Reconsider your move to this apartment during COVID. I moved in this past year and have not been able to allowed to use their common area for construction and now COVID. I haven't been able to use the gym since February because they made their hours 6-6 so if you work, you can't use their gym. They don't stock their cleaning wipes in the gym so its not like they really care about COVID. However, you still pay the full rent without the use of their amenities. read more

I LOVE living at Amli Parkside! When I heard about Amli from a friend I was worried that living in a big apartment complex would be loud and overcrowded. Nicole in the leasing office gave me several tours and very patiently answered all my questions and I decided to take the plunge. My boyfriend and I have lived at Amli almost a year and we absolutely love it! I'm surprised how quiet the complex is, especially given the size and proximity to the beltline. I love that we can walk a couple blocks to get on the beltline and from there we can grocery shop, go to the library, walk our friends dog, or even bar hop! AMLI Parkside is super close without the crazy beltline prices that other apartments charge. Plus, the amenities are great! There's a nice Business center that my boyfriend likes to use when he works from home and both of us use the gym on a daily basis. The gym has a lot of really good equipment and doesn't feel overcrowded. The only time I've ever experienced "overcrowding" is on sunny holidays by the pool... But that is expected. The residents are very friendly(most are mid 20s to late 30s) and the manager Megan is always setting up new social events and activities. She is great at coordinating various happy hours with local restaurants that have a pretty good turn out. The maintenance team is wonderful and installed my curtain rods and a couple paintings. Plus, Maintenance has come by the apartment after hours to fix urgent matters with the AC not working ( on a 90 degree day). The staff from the leasing office to maintenance are truly wonderful. Any issues that I have had are always addressed promptly and professionally. Thank you So much to Nicole, Megan, David and Trig (sorry for those that I left out) for always being so on top of things! I am a huge proponent of Yelp and its ability to highlight great businesses and warn against bad ones. This strong belief is the only reason I am taking the time to write this negative review of AMLI Parkside. I have lived on this AMLI property for almost two years. During which time I have seen the exponential price increase mentioned by other reviewers and the change of management. Unfortunately, the current management is more worried about making $ than providing residents customer service and the "worry-free, high-value living experience" they claim on their website. I have had other issues with the management but my below description is the most recent and the most appalling. I received a voice mail over the weekend (while I was out of own) stating that the resident who lives above me flooded their apartment again via their faulty washing machine. The AMLI leasing office professional was inquiring whether I had experienced any flooding 19 minutes before their office closed for the day. I received the message after they closed for the day. Being out of town, I immediately called back and left both an emergency and non-emergency voice mail for the office. INSTEAD of calling me and leaving a voice mail, the office personnel should have knocked on my door to see if someone was home and used their key to make sure no damage was incurred to my property BEFORE LEAVING FOR THE DAY. Needless to say, once investigated there was damage. The maintenance official then also admitted that he was not made aware of the flooding until I left a voice mail -meaning the AMLI office staff failed to notify the maintenance manager of the building of an emergency in the building. It is clear that this instance was pure negligence, on the part of AMLI Parkside on several counts. (1) The flooding had happened before for the same reason, and AMLI had assured me that it would be taken care of - but did not take the promised actions. (2) The damage could have been much less or even a non-issue if the staff at AMLI had bothered to check the damage in my apartment when the flooding occurred or before they closed for the day. (3) It is clear that the staff in the property office were not really concerned about the emergency, as they did not bother to inform the maintenance manager of the ongoing flooding before they left for the day. An office employee actually called me the next day and told me that she was not negligent on the matter, further adding to my mistrust of the office staff and management. It pains me to write this review as the complex has to be potential to be great (due to its location and units) and honestly once was, but management has really done a horrible job. Management was not loyal to their customers and is not providing the customer service they charge for. As a result it has become one of the lowest rated apartments in the area. Simply put, I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere. read more

Lived here about 3 mos. now and overall it's a 5 star experience. The people in the leasing office/management are generally awesome, maintenance issues are handled promptly and effectively, the apartments themselves are nice, and the location is good. Plus they're super dog friendly, which is great for me since I have a dog. :) There's just two not so great things: 1) The "valet trash" program, for which you pay a mandatory monthly fee, is super frustrating. There are a ton of rules about how you can put your trash out, some of them silly (ex: putting the trash out tied up nicely in a trash bag is NOT ok; you have to put your entire trash can out with it). If the rules aren't followed the trash guys refuse to pick it up. Which leads to trash sitting in the hallway for weeks as residents and the trash guys have a passive aggressive standoff. Not cool guys. If we're paying $25 a month for at-your-door trash pick up, please just pick it up. 2) If the power goes out (which has happened twice in the short time I've been here), you CANNOT GET INTO THE BUILDING or out of the garage, since the garage gates and the key fobs on all the doors are electric. Which led to me being locked out one morning when I went to walk my dog - without a phone, water, a hat or sunblock, etc. Fortunately I was able to find a maintenance guy (who was in the garage working on opening the gate so cars could at least exit) and he let me back in using an actual key. Of course, the leasing office was closed and even once I got my phone, when I tried to call the main AMLI number it was down too. So apparently no one planned for power outages? Back up generator anyone? Seems like a major overlook in a city where there are so many storms. If these things were fixed (and they are both fixable) it'd be a 5-star living experience. :) read more

I still love this place, and our apartment is awesome (esp thanks to our own genius paint job), but we have to move because management has increased our rent 22.5%. I mean, seriously? I'm going to call to see if we can negotiate something, but the fact that they had the gall to raise it so high pretty much indicates they don't need to keep us. I just moved into a beautiful two bedroom town home at Amli Parkside 3 weeks ago. I was instantly impressed with the community features and finishes of my unit which is what made my decision to lease. Since moving in I have quickly identified that the units have paper thin walls and you literally can hear everything going on beside and above you. The noise disturbances are completely out of control and with this being a pet friendly community you had better hope that your potential neighbors have fish instead of dogs! I have been awaken from a dead sleep 3 nights in a row from my neighboring unit above me with two dogs barking and running around like wild banshees. I am at the point now that I am considering having to relocate to another unit or even explore other communities in Old 4th Ward. I am counting on the management team to quickly rectify this issue. read more

I moved here May 2012, and signed a new lease in 2013. The rent increase upon signing a new lease is common practice at all managed apartment complexes, so I was prepared for it. My base rent increased from $992 to $1050; only $58. At last check, the same floorplan on the same floor starts at $1132, so I'm not going to complain too much about a 5.8% increase. Otherwise, living here has been worry free; aside from the random rash of property crime in the area - 40 car break-ins/vandalisms in one weekend in the "secure" parking decks of Block Lofts and another one, I think off Auburn Ave. There have been car and apartment break-ins in this complex as well. Again, not a big surprise considering this area is a densely populated oasis within an area where people "wants what you got"... Such is life living in the city. Keep your cars clean, with no ipads, phones, cameras, gps, etc. in plain sight. Don't go strolling at night by yourself; at least not very far. Yeah, it kinda sucks to have to think like that, but you can always move to the suburbs. read more

Watch out! Heed the advice of myself and others, and avoiding these guys. This company has a lot to learn about customer service and setting a tone of gratitude toward their tenants. AMLI needs to evolve better business practices if they expect to succeed in the long run. On top of demanding to raise our rent by 450.00 (a sky-high, 23% increase - there should honestly be laws against this sort of attempt at exploitation..i have never before been slapped with such a large rent increase and i've lived in many different rental apartments), the appliances constantly break in our unit (our dishwasher has broken around 5 or 6 times now), and the management has an overall uncaring and at times even aggressive & condescending tone towards tenants. I had one of the office attendants in a very surly and discourteous way tell me i was way out of line to be asking for my package that USPS delivered, which BTW are often lost in their "mail room". Then after working with her for about 10 minutes and carefully trying to calm her down to just look for the package she finally realized it was there..no apology, just a cold glare at the end of that little encounter!! wow...). Living here has been revealing of the overall business ideals at AMLI Corporation - where customers come LAST and are viewed as suckers with deep pockets who are willing to put up with anything! read more

Our A/C quit blowing at 8:00 at night. We called the emergency line and left a message. David called back in less than five minutes and was at our door within 45 minutes and fixed it. Great service! read more

Property is clean and modern. Management and staff are very helpful and accommodating. One of the best complexes in the area.

Nice apartments in a really great location. Walls are really thin, however, and I can actually hear when neighbors pee and flush the toilet. Can also hear the neighbors upstairs walking and wayyy too many barking dogs for an apartment complex! I'm used to living in the city, but prefer my living space to be quiet. However, if noises dont bother you, then you'll really enjoy these units. read more
