They are fast, friendly, efficient, and honest. They also play funny pet videos to distract you from the typical unpleasantness of the dentist. They offer early and late hours and Saturday hours. One time a family member got x-rays from a different dentist who said they needed a ton of fillings. We came here for the second opinion and they clarified only one was needed and they gave us their x-ray for free when insurance wouldn't cover it twice. I will never go anywhere else.

You said I was angry because my insurance would not pay for the three crowns Dr. Yugo said I need. That is a lie. I got a second opinion from another dentist who said I do not need the thousands of dollars of crowns Dr. Yugo said I need. What I said was not defamation. It is facts. What you all said about me is defamation because it is not true. My discuss was toward Dr. Lugo for treating me like I was going to steal those very used sunglasses and saying I need three crowns to find out I do not. Also, the nastiness of Haneen and Nicole. I had an appointment with Arjon on 5-13-2025 to do my perio cleaning, but RoseAnn came in and when I asked for Arjon she gave a vague answer. I was reluctant to let her do it, but I did an regretted it. Arjon is an excellent hygienist. Margarette R Brown

So coming in they…read moresaid I need x-rays, I asked why I needed an X-ray to get a cleaning (bc I m pregnant I can't get x-rays) and they said "we can tell you have a lot of red flags". I was like "oh wait I am not sure what I did wrong, I just don't understand why I would need them" they said we need you to leave. And he kicked me out, 9 months pregnant and all. I have never ever been treated like that before in my life, just incase some of you might have questions about your teeth - they don't tolerate that at all. So wild, not educating the patience or helping them get the right care. My husband called saying hey why are you treating my wife like this and the doc said I am twisting the words and was argumentative just to argue (that's not my personality). I have never met a doctor who does not appreciate question. In all sincerity I was actually trying to understand, but they clearly didn't like that. Really wished they treated me more kind. And I kind want people to know what to expect coming to this place, so that's why I am Leaving this review. Also, I just read the other reviews and I guess this isn't the first weird thing about x-rays! The senior hygiene lady was so mean to me too! I m not sure why this place can get away with treating people like this.

I have excellent teeth, but go for cleanings every 3 to 4 months to take care of my gums. On this visit, I was told I must get X-rays, fine no big deal. But when I did not want them the senior hygienist were essentially yelling at me. I will not name any names but the doctor essentially told me go somewhere else... He then sent me a letter" Thank you for visiting the practice you're going to need to find a new dentist" Wow that's after I already indicated I would find a new dentist. Thanks for the going away letter. I agreed to the X-rays because I needed a cleaning, my "new" hygienist loved to berate me the entire appointment commenting on my gums not being perfect or my slightly crooked bottom teeth. Mind you my teeth with the exception of 4 bottom teeth are perfectly straight. She told me to get bottom braces not once but 4 times. The doctor who sent me the lovely going away letter, who I've gone to for over 8 years spent about 15 seconds with me at my appointment. Instead of calling me to address my negative experience or even apologizing to keep my business, he sent a letter " Thank you for visiting our practice. Going forward your going need to find a new dentist". Going forward with this type of incredibly bad interaction , he will need to find new patients. To treat a long term patient like I'm disposable because they are too busy to deal with me, is just how unprofessional and terrible they acted towards me. Bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This review is for patients considering VENEERS only. If you are a detail person I would not…read morerecommend this office. I chose Dr. K out of several consults from high end cosmetic dentists because he seemed easy going and provided a "test drive" where you can get a preview of your veneers. The test drive got me excited and I was required to pay a deposit that day for my veneers. Then I was scheduled to get my temporaries. When my temporaries were placed on my teeth they were a different shape then what was discussed in the test drive (which was a red flag) but Dr. K fixed them right away to look more like the shape in my test drive. I was able to email with him to send changes and detailed photos of what I wanted my veneers to look like. I was a little taken aback when I saw my permanent veneers because the shape of the teeth were different than what we discussed in my appointments. You do not get to see the permanent veneers until the day of your appointment so you cannot make any changes once he orders them. I was disappointed with the lack of note taking in my appointments because we discussed a specific shape for each tooth that was different than my veneers. He was able to fix the front two but the lateral teeth were not able to be fixed. When I explained that it was different than what was discussed, the doctor was reluctant to admit any mistake and unwilling/unable to fix. He put the blame on me as the patient. Just be really careful with this office if you are a detailed oriented person or someone who knows exactly what they are looking for as far as shape of teeth, etc. My teeth look good but just not perfect for the almost $15k investment. After I paid in full I called the office about my concern and was promised call backs and emails that never came.

Ok, so this review I have been going back and forth with. I had to go back here a couple time, and…read moreI wanted to wait to write my review till I knew for sure. So the first visit, not great. I came in to inquire about finishing an implant that I had started, with an oral surgeon that could only complete the removal of my tooth and the inserting of the hardware. Doctor Kernagis of course has his consult with me. Get the x-rays, he tells me the game plan he wants to do. He was polite, great listener, I was thinking ok this may work. Plus he was the only dentist I could find at the time that was willing to do general anesthesia for people like me that have anxiety with dentist,a nd do not so well with novocaine. Then the office manager comes in to go over the treatment plan bill. Now before I go any further, I had this appointment for a few days before I went in. I gave the office all my insurance info before I went in. So she comes in goes over the pricing she hands me a bill for about $7,000 for a bunch of things additional to finishing the implant. I ask if this was with insurance. Well she never called my dental insurance to find out what I had left, what they would cover, or what the insurance would allow them to bill me. I have been here going on 2 hours, and she says "I can go call the insurance now if you would like." No I would not like you to do that now, I am ready to leave, that should have been done already. At least an idea of what I had left for my dental insurance for the year. I say I have to leave, she tells me she will call them and follow up with me in a few day. That never happened. I decide to go back in and try this again with the new year and new insurance amount. I call to make the appointment and the office lady that picks up the phone pulls my file and say "Oh yes Ms. Savidge I remember you. I have your file here, we will set you up for 3 days from now for the procedure." I say "No, I want to talk about this first before anything is done so I know where I stand financially." She says "Ok Ill have the office manager give you a call, she is out of the office today. We will go ahead and set up an appointment to talk. However, the office manager will call you before your scheduled appointment." Again no follow up. I go into the appointment and the Doctor re-exams my mouth to see where we are. Tells me the game plan and says the office manager will be in to go over the pricing. She comes in and hands me the bill (for less work than the last time I was there) which is now almost $10,000.The bill only has the grand total and not a break down. I tell her I need to see the break down of each charge and she looks at me like I am crazy. I take a min, then ask if she called my insurance to find out the cost, amount I have left (which I have not used any insurance this year) and coverage etc. and I am again told that was not done. I tell them I do not have $10,000 laying around, the response was................. that I could always take out a personal loan. I say this is not going to work, so she tells me she can redo the bill for what is absolutely needed. She then hands me a treatment plan broke out in 2 visits to be done within 6 months of each other, still equaling almost $10,000. I get the dental is expensive and there is no good insurance and you are going to pay out of pocket, however, get me the correct prices, call my insurance company so you have the correct info for me. Do something to make this not so stressful. Needless to say I will be moving on to another dentist office that can complete my work.
