So stop in very soon if you want to go one more time. We've been coming here for a decade, they've been here for almost a century. It's very handy for us, and usually had most of what we need. Service was great, prices were decent. And convenience has a quality of its own. Now where will we go? Next closest place is probably Oakland, which is fine but at least 15 minutes away.

If you keep them watered they always last well into late October. They also have the largest mums, a huge variety of pumpkins in all shapes and sizes and are very affordable. Too often at big box stores the plants are not watered regularly and are not healthy, break when planting or transporting because of being too dry. Wolfe's has so many things to offer that it's always fun to just browse with lots of Amish goods/jams and lovely flowers. They always have great sweet corn towards the end of the summer at a reasonable price, followed by a huge selection of pumpkins and gourds. Truly a wonderful hometown experience!
