It looks like it has a burn mark in it. He promised to put me ahead of anyone else to fix the issue, but when I reached out I got the runaround and he had to take care of other cars first.. Time is very limited on my end so I couldn't be as flexible. I honestly don't even trust it a third time. I will have to get the rear window redone, and a passenger window with bubbles that didn't go away.Just go to a shop, you won't be saving a ton with this anyways.

Was interested in 3M ceramic tint but he stated they only carried Johnson Supreme. did my research and it's slightly better than what i was initially looking for. So slightly better quality tint for almost a quarter price less than what i was quoted at other tint shops. Brought two cars to get tinted here. Prior to having my tint done here at Ace tint and ppf I had a horrible experience at a local shop that said they were 3M authorized but never gave me a warranty from 3M. If you have 3M window tint you know what I'm talking about. The tint shop will give you their shop warranty but 3M is also supposed to give you one. I wasted time and money at that other shop but hey, you live and you learn. Don't do what I did, go with someone who has years of experience and will not sell you some bs because after seeing the job Rene did and the sorry job the other tint shop did, it was a day and night difference, i would definitely recommend Ace tint and ppf to anyone looking for a shop that has professional workers, great customer service and uses top of the line film.

The person who helped me seemed nice and was transparent about removing the stickers I had so they could place the film. On the other hand, I looked in the backseat and saw there were scuff marks/ black marks left on my seats---and since the seats are made of cloth, I don't know how easily they'll get out. I don't know why they didn't use film or paper to cover the seats while they worked on the back window. They never called or texted me to tell me that my car was done. I was waiting for a few hours, and it was only after I called them first that they told me the car was ready. They had my number too. Overall the film was quality, but they should keep in mind that customers need to know when their cars are ready, and that we don't have time to clean our own seats that they dirtied up in the first place.
