Based on repeated dealings, Angela has consistently demonstrated a pattern of rude, demanding, and dismissive behavior toward individuals working at an operational level. While she is capable of being courteous and agreeable when engaging with those involved in financial transactions or deal-making, her demeanor toward on-the-ground personnel is markedly different. In those interactions, she lacks basic professionalism, patience, and respect.
Her conduct has not been limited to one individual or a single incident. Across multiple interactions, Angela has been unreasonable, abrasive, and difficult to work with, creating unnecessary friction and hindering productive collaboration.
Of particular concern was her attempt to push for the removal of lawful, paying tenants mid-stay and her decision to accuse them of trespassing. Regardless of any documentation she may believe supports her position, this approach reflects poor judgment, disregard for operational realities, and a troubling lack of professionalism.
Additionally, I was informed of an incident involving an independent third-party vendor who arrived at the property with an active work order and did not know the home had sold. The visit was the result of a simple misunderstanding. Rather than addressing the situation calmly or seeking clarification, Angela escalated the interaction immediately screaming at the vendor and threatening to involve law enforcement. In my opinion, this response showed a lack of basic courtesy and an unwillingness to handle an honest mistake in a professional manner.
In summary, irrespective of any legal or contractual arguments, Angela is consistently rude and unpleasant to deal with.
