I had to go back after my initial install to get my hair fixed because it wasn't blended. I was told we "ran out of time," but I've never heard of ending the appointment at whatever time you decide it's done at versus finishing the job. I was hesitant to go back because it was a long drive for me from San Diego and I also suspected the hair was poor quality as it was not styling at all. In my experience, my extensions always style, if not better, than my natural hair. I ended up removing the extensions myself less than a week after the touch up install because the color match wasn't good, the install hurt my head, and I couldn't even style my hair! I spent $475 on the service, $100 in tip, and made two trips from San Diego. I asked for a partial refund based on how horrible the whole experience was and was told, "if you're able to bring back the hair I can work out a small refund." I asked how much since it's a far drive and was left unanswered. read more

I am still so happy with my decision to go to Arianna. She was so meticulous in the way she placed the extensions and coordinating the colors. Attachments lay flat and are secure. Placement of hair is cohesive and balanced. I have not lost ANY hair to this day. I have had extensions in the past and a lot of them would come out. I thought that was supposed to happen? Adrianna does great extension work! She is fast, knows good placement (which is key to a natural look) and has fair prices.
