The work started right on time and was done in 2 days( except for the drying). They did 3 rooms and a hallway (548 sq. ft.). They did a fantastic job down to the smallest detail. They also did some repair work which came out very nice. The job site was perfectly clean when they left. They left me one neat trash bag to dispose of. The only issue I had was that my cat was able to get through the plastic barrier one night but it caused no issues. The floors look fantastic. A week later we decided we wanted to go a different direction in one of the bedrooms, dropping down our square footage to about 450. He responds with that he does not do jobs under 500 square feet. We reply that we would be more than happy to pay him for at least 500 square feet. I get no reply for THREE DAYS even after I reached out multiple times. I finally hear from him that he canceled our job. We are now in a bind to find another company because we need to move in two weeks. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend regardless of how good his prices are.

I hired them to renovate my bathroom after Luis told me they had a licensed plumber and an amazing…read moretile guy. Well, the plumber and tile guy were one and the same and the day they were starting the tile, they opened up a brand new tile cutter out of the box and started reading the instructions. They used a piece of cardboard as a spacer, so as soon as it got wet, the spacing started to get funky. I also laid out a mock-up on my kitchen table of how each row of tile was to line up that they completely disregarded after the first wall was done. I came home for lunch one day and they had installed the bullnose upside down! They also used the wrong blade for the tile cutter because all the cut edges are raggedy. I'm going to have to pay someone to redo most of it one day, which will involve me replacing the expensive Italian tiles. Aside from the horrible tile work, the window casing looks like it was put together with scraps of trim and they painted everything with a roller and didn't full nail holes before doing so. They also damaged the new tub when installing the drain and damaged some tiles installing some fixtures. The drain line to the sink was installed too high, so until we can get a plumber to come in and repair it, we had to bend the metal and tape it all together temporarily just to get the drain to open and close all the way. Finally, we keep finding set screws on the floor and fixtures keep coming apart (faucet handles will come off in your hand, towel bars come loose from the wall, etc). I never pick the cheapest contractor but Luis and Antonio assured me I'd be pleased with the final product. It looks like I did it myself and I am not handy!

They were able to re-do the bathroom, including installing cement board (the old tiles were on plywood), for a very fair price. The job was quoted the same day I inquired, and done less than 3 days later. The experience was so good, I also had them install vinyl plank flooring in my basement, again for a very fair price. The crew is honest (no overcharging), respectful of your home (cleaned up and helped move things), and worked really hard. The end result of the work is quality, both installations look very clean and professional, with no signs of any corners cut whatsoever.
