Had to move my family into my cousin's house while I got it remediated. When I called MN Mold to discuss what happened, they said the tests are not accurate unless there is, "open construction" - meaning drywall is removed. That would have been good to know before I had the testing done. I hired MN Mold as they were affordable but as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for." He listened to what our issues were, inspected the damage, pulled out his cool infrared gadget, and gave us his estimate. The surprise came when he then told us that - as much as no business likes to turn down business - our issue was one we could probably handle ourselves. Instead of simply taking our money, he suggested that we give it a go, and call him back if the issue turned out to be larger than we were comfortable handling on our own. The day of the appointment, Daniel showed up not only on time but early and ready to work. He was very knowledgeable and examined asked me what my concerns were to understand the situation.
