I called Pro Handyman LLC to request a free in-home estimate for drywall and insulation work. The…read moreassociate who answered the phone used foul and inappropriate language, including "WT...," when I asked about having someone come to my home to provide an estimate. I found the interaction extremely unprofessional. When contacting a company that may be sending workers into a customer's home, I expect courteous and professional communication, particularly in households where children or teenagers may be present. Based on my experience with this phone call, I would not recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY's SERVICES…read more I contracted to have some floors and wallboards put in. I paid a deposit, and Mr. Morrisette started work. It appeared he was not very experienced as it was taking more time, and nothing was completed. Then he came and asked me to pay the balance even though it stated in his agreement I would not have to pay until job was satisfied. It appeared he needed to pay some bills, and stupidly I agreed to pay him the balance he owed to help out a vet (I am the window of a service disabled veteran). That following week, after I paid he started not showing up, and I texted him to ask him to meet with me because I was not happy with the time it was taking. After that, Mr. Morrisette did not return my calls or texts. I had to hire another service provider to complete the job, and am out to money I paid to Mr. Morrisette.

We had agreed on a price which I told him I thought was a little low. To be fair and do the right thing, I offered to bump up his fee by another $100.00. The total for his labor went from $750 to $850. He was to complete the work as agreed. He works a 9-5 job, and this is his side business. I can appreciate a guy working his butt off to be successful, but after finishing about 60% of the job, he disappeared. I only paid him piecemeal as he was getting the job done, thank goodness. He did not complete the job and just ghosted me completely. His work is average, and he just disappeared. Steer clear of this guy. He comes off as one of the nicest people you've ever met, but I've come to find he's just a scam artist. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

The two young men who did the job were very thorough and did an excellent job. They were very polite and I was very pleased with their work. We initially hired Tom Rush and his son a few years ago to install new gutters. Everything looked…read moregreat, we even wrote a great review. We then explained an issue with our covered patio, that it leaked along the walls when it rained. They assured us they could take care of that but shortly after the work was completed, the problem was even worse. Water was seeping through spots in the new ceiling, still came down the walls and was also coming through the ceiling fan! We asked them to please come over and fix the problem but nothing was ever done. Tom, Sr., said they didn't realize we wanted the ceiling to be waterproof! Then we also realized the gutters were pulling away from the house in spots, but had to hire someone else to do the repairs. Thought we'd found a good contractor but didn't, learned the hard way.
