What he thought was mold turned out to be years of cobwebs and my black German shepherd's hair. The inspector was thorough, honest, and professional from start to finish. He promptly responded to my Yelp inquiry, took the time for a phone consultation beforehand, worked around my schedule, and arrived right on time. He did a careful inspection (we live here and I certainly don't want to live with mold), clearly explained what he found, and provided a well-written inspection letter I could submit to my lender. We paid them to reseal our driveway, but the coating wasn't sticking very well so the owner promised me he would come back in a couple months when it was cooler and do another layer. As instructed, I began messaging him in September to see when he was available. For weeks on end, he would respond saying he'll get out here soon, and then I wouldn't hear anything so I would ask again. The cycle repeated several times until finally he said he would do it the following week and I never heard from him again - even when I tried reaching out to find out what was going on.
