They will only allow you to pay through your bank account using a username and password. Then, if you go onto their website and don't sign in to an account but just select 'pay your bill' and use a credit card they charge you a service fee. for using your credit card. A utility company! Then after you have entered all the information to make your payment, before you are allowed to get a receipt, you have to fill in another form and provide information which you've already provided including your name, address email and phone number. Only then, will they give you a receipt for your payment. The bottom line is they are making it very difficult to make a simple payment. They are also making it more expensive if you use your credit card. And they are making it confusing by having different rules if you have a 'portal' account sign from if you go to their site & choose the 'make a payment' option. I just spent 35 minutes on the phone with a customer service agent from Liberty. Just trying to make a payment and that's how long it took me. Worst experience from a utility company ever and I'm a senior citizen who's been paying utility bills for over 45 years.

It was a great price compared to other companies in the area, I gave them my credit card number and they took payment automatically the following Monday after delivery. Because the furnace overworked to turn on, (3) a valve needs to be replaced ($175 for electrician) and (4) plumber and valve (at least $400) and this does not include lost wages for time away from work or inability shower/sleep/live in house. All because one receptionist would not schedule an oil delivery. I asked what they were now prepared to do. Mike offered me the option to join the automatic delivery plan (that is available to all customers and most oil companies). Please go with a different oil provider. Their prices may be low, but you will pay so much more on ineptitude. I'm considering my options for small claims court. Unbelievable.

A center of informal…read morelearning The first idea for a library in Somerset materialized in the late 1880's. As usual the books were just tossed about where ever there was room. Eventually three small branch libraries sprang up in town but this made things complicated and inconvenient. Finally in about 1974 one central library was built and now serves the entire town. The Somerset Library is certainly not historic like many of the other libraries but still has a charming uniqueness to it. The outside is just a rather mundane brick building, although the Veterans Memorial Walkway is a great tribute to the local veterans. However it is the inside that really makes this library special. Lots of nice places to relax, cool displays, some bizarre artwork, combined with friendly and helpful librarians makes for a very pleasant environment for some of the informal learning that is included in the mission statement. Having 80,000 volumes, free wi-fi and lots videos, audio books and zillions of cool puzzles certainly helps. The Somerset Library probably won't impress many people at first glance but as the folks working at the library might say, you can't judge a book by it's cover.
