I pulled up to the propane tank and before I could ask what to do next they were unloading my tank from my pick up. The operator weighed my tank which was larger than the type you get at the exchange at Walmart. It took 5 gallons. They charged me about 16.50. The op then loaded my tank back up and tied it down the same way I had it when I arrived. What great service! And a great price. I will be using Andersons from now on.

If it needed purging it would take all day to slowly purge it. We called an LP place nearby, Ricks. He laughed off the comments camping world made and said being it in. 20 minutes later, we pulled in. 2 employees came out their cars (looked like they were leaving) and asked what we needed. They sent me inside and the man I spoke to on the phone took a look and we had a loose/unscrewed connector. He also said you cannot over fill the tanks we have. He walks around my house and after about 10 minutes leaves. In the meantime I called Ferrellgas and apologized to the lady I spoke with about them making a dry run. She said no worries it must have been a glitch in the system. On 1/17/25 I get a bill for $80.63, for a delivery charge and tax. I called and after a 23 minute hold was told it would have to go to a manager and one would call. Have not heard from anyone. Guess I won't be doing business with them.

On 01/16/25 I received a bill for 14 gallons! (My tank was low when I called them on the 3rd). On the 17th, I called and had to talk to a remote customer service center (not local). I was told they would deliver my 100 gallons and would honor my original price. Today, 01/24/25, I went to check to see what level I had in my tank & it was BELOW 10%!!! Again, I reached out, had to talk to a remote call center, was told a delivery is scheduled for 01/27/25. Why was my order not put at the top of the list since my order was placed on 01/03/25????? Poor, pitiful, customer service. I guess my LONG tenure with this company has been for naught. I now would not recommend them to anyone, yet every statement has a message that states "Refer a Friend", which I have several times in the past, but I'm not going to ruin my standing by referring a below standard company! I should not have been so loyal....
