I rarely leave reviews but I can't sleep because of how rude the lady at the counter was to me…read moretoday. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with a hostile personality. While I was there she demanded that I put my phone down while interacting with her even though I clearly needed to look at it to reference my receipt number and address to my new home. When I corrected her spelling of my email she raised her voice to me and yelled "that's what I said!". When I mentioned I had checked in online and that the information I couldn't find for her should be on the site she acted like I had made something up and that preregistration wasn't an option they offered. The entire interaction left me baffled and took me off guard. I was literally shaking by the time I left. I'll never do business with this company again. You never really know what a stranger is going through from both sides and I hope this was a singular occurrence. No matter what, just be nice and be a good person. Don't make others feel awful for trying to do business with you.

They confirmed the quote with a scheduled pickup time the following day. When they were 30 mins late for the pickup I called and they said they were confirming ETA with the driver. When I called 45 mins later (they never called me back and it was now 75 mins late on the scheduled pickup time) they said they would only pay $100. The driver arrived 30 mins later with a trailer rather than a flatbed wrecker (to pick up a shell off the ground). The driver did what he could to drag the shell onto the trailer and ended up breaking a winch cable which in turn shattered his back window across my driveway, sidewalk, and front yard. I then had to spend over 30 mins cleaning glass from my yard. I contacted management at Flowers to offer the opportunity to be professional and remedy the issue (all I asked was that they pay the originally quoted price) and was told that since they now have to replace his window they are unwilling to pay anything more for the car and the work and time spent cleaning up the mess made. This is the second time I've had them pay less than quoted and arrive late for a pickup time. Management was incredibly unprofessional when presented with an issue AND offered a reasonable resolution. A lot of things went wrong with this transaction and they had no interest in being professional when it came time to make it right. I had one bad experience l, gave them a second chance, and then gave them a reasonable opportunity to make it right and they were anything but professional. I will NEVER use Flowers again and would recommend anyone else avoid them as well.

I needed to move into my unit on a Sunday with short notice due to some unexpected circumstances…read more I used their webiste to rent a unit as the office was closed. When I arrived to the facility the gate code didn't work so we couldn't get into the unit. We double and triple checked the code and called emergency number 3 times and went straight to voicemail with no call back. We also tried renting another unit on the Kiosk at the office, with the same results. After a few hours we were finally able to tailgate someone in and unload, unfortunately by then it had started to pour rain. Turns out that the website inaccurately stated that the gate code could be between 6 & 10 numbers but in reality it has to be 6. The next day I contacted them to get it straightened out and to ask that the $20 admin fee be returned to me for my trouble. The assistant manager, Jim, was very helpful but the refund had to be approved by his regional manager, Tyler. Tyler denied the request. So the moral of the story is make sure you pick a 6 digit gate code, pray there isn't an actual emergency because nobody will answer, and Tyler has terrible customer service.
