We're changing from little kid rooms to big kid rooms so it's quite a change at our house right now! That being said, I need a little bit of extra hauling room to haul things out and things in! The trucks available for rent in Fort Smith are plentiful and the process of renting is easy and quick. The online reservation system is easy to use and I can even manage the rental in the app if I need to change anything. They offer storage that is climate controlled, and non-climate control. I have used both. They are also easy to deal with when making my storage building payments and managing those spaces. The customer service that I have experienced has always been excellent/top shelf. I appreciate having a local office that has so much inventory, including storage options, trailers and U-Haul pods plus multiple truck sizes. They also have moving supplies, towing supplies, etc. which is quite helpful to have. They operate excellent hours and I'm normally able to get in and out of their store pretty quickly. I can say this after having used their services on multiple times - not just this recent few weekends. I have experienced this service over the years that I've lived here (10+ years). I have used their services repeatedly.

That didn't happen. Apparently they didn't have the truck available for me to use. I was upset at the fact that they didn't call me to let me know of this problem. They didn't have any other trucks there to compensate for the truck not being there. I immediately called around to other businesses that carried uhaul trucks and finally found one. I had to drive to another location and make it there before they closed. I get there and they have a 20 foot truck but it wasn't what I reserved. I still took it because I needed to get moved that noght. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The company never contacted me to address the issue. I will not be using them again.

I never use UPS. And today I am justified. No knock, no doorbell ring, just a "sorry we missed you"…read morenote slapped on my door. As usual. The phone number is incorrect and the "customer service" line is a robot that repeatedly refuses to get you a representative, and will also HANG UP ON YOU. My package has been taken to a facility for pickup. If I had a car, this would not be a problem. But I don't have a car. That's why I've been getting delivery. So, while Amazon redirects me to UPS for "customer service," UPS has none and refers me back to Amazon. At least at Amazon, I got to talk to a PERSON. It doesn't matter that they're in India or whatever. They HELPED. Whereas UPS was born of Satan's sphincter and actively thrives on inconveniencing people. Don't. Use. UPS.

In the future, I will skip the discount stores and pay for good furniture. Lesson learned.
