The tire/engine function is the same half the time. My last trip when rinsing the timer ran out added more quarters and when it restarted it shot out a bunch of soap causing me to restart all the rinsing. I prefer manual car washing to automatic locations but this one is so frustrating I prefer to drive to the north side of Roger's to use a car wash that actually works. They worry about bbq and propane sales versus their core business.

She took phone calls from my husband, answered every question with patience, made sure we had all the correct parts and supplies, and genuinely cared about helping us get everything we needed. She never made us feel like just another customer and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. Jim from Electrical was equally incredible. He stayed with us until we had everything figured out and never once acted inconvenienced or rushed. He worked extremely hard, climbed a huge ladder without hesitation, and made sure we understood exactly what we needed before we left. His work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to help were so appreciated. It's rare to come across employees who care this much about helping customers, and Jim absolutely did.
