If you are in need of a tent for a wedding, I would make sure the tent is cleaned before hand. The woman who I was in contact with, Amy did not follow up as she was supposed to 10 days before our event. I had to reach out to Area Rental myself to confirm everything was good to go. During this call, I decided to add on 4 white tablecloths. I was quoted $9 per tablecloth over the phone and decided to go ahead. When I received my final bill they charged me $22 per tablecloth. At $22 a tablecloth, I would have bought them myself. I asked for the agreed $9 price to be honored but they said they couldn't do that for me since I didn't sign a quote. Doesn't this go both ways? They never sent an updated quote and gave me the wrong quote over the phone. I am very disappointed that Area Rental did not work with me on finding a solution. After my experience with Area Rental, I cannot recommend them. Area Rental may have a large variety of selection but there are other local companies to choose from.
