This time, more flowers were in bloom, and we saw a different variety of birds on the premises. The tower is, of course, the centerpiece of the gardens. We had the pleasure of listening to it sing at least 5 times during our visit. We briefly visited the children's garden, and recommend this if you have youngsters in tow. After we were done in the gardens, we had a nice lunch in the on-site café. Portions are large, so you may want to consider sharing.

We heard of Briggs Tree Service via the Nextdoor App…read more We submitted some photos on their website for a quote. Autumn responded to us via email and set up a time where she could come out and look the trees. She quickly gave us a quote for the work. After reviewing the quote we had the thought "well if there are already here, let's see what it would cost to also have this tree taken care of". So I emailed Autumn and asked for her to let us know what it would cost for the additional work. We received a revised quote with the additional work and proceeded to have it done. Autumn advised her to call 811 to have the utilities located for the crews. After having that done she came out to take photos for the crews and gave us the all-clear. One the date was set we were all good. Of course, I had some more questions so I emailed Autumn, she got me the answers I needed. She was always very friendly and patient, even with all my questions. Fast Forward to the big day. The crew was set to arrive at 8:00 AM. They were there ready to start work at 7:45 AM. Before starting the work the crew lead went over the work to be done with me. We watched them a couple of times while they were working and it was fascinating. I figured they would have had to go onto the neighbor's property to cut down the tree between the houses, but the gentleman cutting the tree did so with such precision that was not necessary. They bring all the right tools to get the job done efficiently and safely. They were done and gone by 11:45 or so. They blew off the sidewalks and driveways before leaving. We will recommend them and use them again in the future. Autumn and the crew that did the work was professional and courteous.
