As follows is my response to it all: Seems rather 'dumb' more so when I actually gave the bank on Ellingwood in Des Plaines as to my complaint mentioned is the one and only address of the bank I reviewed! Has actually gotten far worse when my deposits are not shown for a transfer to another bank I opened! Now on the defensive is proof of Village Bank's unprofessional conduct and more vindictive to my detriment Village Bank as noted in "Des Plaines" won't answer their phones for contact or put on hold and never back to the call on hold never to receive their response via busy signal! To be clear, they have put me in jeopardy to have my deposits to new bank asking for info at new bank shuts down communication with me and new bank! I don't see where the confusion and contradiction to my Des Plaines Village Bank review is in any way anywhere to be a connection to bank in Mt. Prospect!!!!
