Warning Look…read moreelsewhere if you need your taxes prepared by a professional. This place isn't it! Eric Vincent is incompetent and extremely unprofessional. He prepared our taxes for 2024 and all went ok .. we received our refund BUT never received the 1040 docs. Just a worksheet comparison? Enter Year 2025.... Yay we actually got all the documents !! Looking forward to our yearly refund of $4,000. Opps instead of 4 grand we received a letter from the IRS (Notice CP53E), advising us our 1040 was filed with NO BANKING INFORMATION...so our refund was rejected!! We had 30 days to now prove our identity online (quite a long and difficult task) and then go back to the IRS website and add our banking information that Mr.Vincent neglected to provide when he filed for us..Remember he's a CPA EA. and filing a return with a sizable refund!! When I first inquired if this letter was legit he got very rude. Like I was bothering him..but I was worried it was a scam. He said it was not a scam but quickly added it wasn't his problem. And yes it was on me to prove who I am to the IRS before I can add the banking info Mr Vincent omitted. BUT my question was why was the info missing in the first place? He filed 2024 with the same banking information on it! We received that refund...but then I went to look at that banking info and noticed we NEVER GOT THE FORM!! Remember folks this is a CPA and the PRESIDENT of this company. Mistakes happen and there is a gracious way of saying I'm sorry and moving on. But Mr Vincent chose to take the low road and sent me a letter saying he's through with us.. basically he's mad that I called out his mistake for what it was INCOMPETENCE. Do you want to pay a professional tax preparer that files your taxes without any banking info so your refund is rejected? And then when questioned he gets angry and throws a tantrum.. Stay far away from this place.
