The first locksmith we contacted told us we'd have to replace the entire door and frame since it was all metal, which we got quotes for $5-8k. We called Key of E, hoping they'd have other ideas. Clint identified the exact problem with the lock (the previous guy wouldn't say more than "it's just broken"). and went through a lot of options with us. With his help, we were able to find a similar replacement lock from another overseas manufacturer, and he got it installed and working smoothly, no fuss, for less than $200. He's the exact kind of contractor you wish was the norm--friendly, helpful, and determined to get the job done well. We're so grateful!

We are traveling and realized (when we were already 200 miles from home) we only had one set of…read morekeys with us. We went to the car dealer and we we're told it would be at least three days before they could get the fob in. Well we needed the fob and needed to keep going so we called Remotes Plus. Sent them a picture of what we needed and we were told, " No, problem"! They had what we needed and would come to us to program the fob and we'd be on our way!!
